It is now severely effecting almost all the countries in the world and it is really a pandemic causing fear and depression in general public globally, i think controlling it is the need of the hour, even the wealthy and medically ideal countries are struggling to cope with it, situation in under developed countries is really bad.
As far as its negative effect on crypto market is concerned i think market has already absorbed the pressure caused due to panic of this virus and i think fron next month we can see crypto growing again.

Crypto was been affected previously and so far what we are seeing inside the market are traders and investors who are keeping the trust that value
of their hold assets will rise back after experiencing great loss from the big run previously.
Once cure will be introduce and the effectivity will guarantee that this virus will be able to contained, we will soon expect more good run and rise back
from this industry.

I think the impact of pandemic is still here and not by any means has stopped already. Those small crypto users are still cashing out to augment their needs. I believe we will be in good position once the effective cure has been identified and the vaccine to be available commercially.

obviously mate , we can see it by looking on the value of the coins   . most crypto coins are still stuck on a rut   . we can only knew that the covid situation has been recovering once cryptos were start moving in new heights    . like you said , i was one of those who constantly sells  .
