have been suggested before, but the economics don't really work. Most drivers want to be paid fiat money, and most riders want to pay fiat money. There doesn't seem to be enough consumer demand yet to justify BitPay or similar integration either.
Like AdolfinWolf said, your best bet is to hold bitcoins and buy Uber gift cards with them as needed.
