I regret I did not invest in Revolut when they were crowdfunding. What do you think about Fluency bank? It looks all of us will have access to national crypto soon. They were featured by Forbes, connecting innovative banking, private crypto and national crypto. They have just opened pre-register on Seedrs

They were featured by Forbes, connecting innovative banking, private crypto and national crypto. They have just opened pre-register on Seedrs Its common to have regrets on missing out good opportunity but the hardest thing is that we cant totally judge it when its still on sale or seeking out investors. Its just a matter of risk taking or a gamble because we know on how investment works, if you do see it as a good project or startups then its your total choice if you do risk or not. Asking if you do invest on Fluency bank? Your choice yet you do have the full control of your funds.Just always take measures when it comes to risk management.

I did make lots of money back in 2017. It was quite easy even for projects that had little to offer but after 2017. It has quite been hard for people to make any profits. In fact, losses and scam dominate the after years. My advice to you is to avoid investing in any start up right now but if you are tempted them invest what you can afford to lose.

Regrets or REKT, that's what you gonna get if you are late or too greedy. What do you think about Fluency bank? It looks all of us will have access to national crypto soon. They were featured by Forbes, connecting innovative banking, private crypto and national crypto. They have just opened pre-register on Seedrs Haven't heard about it, however, the market has change since the 2017 hype, so I don't know if you can still make a lot of money out of it. So just be cautious though, just saying.

Back in the days specifically 2017 crowdfunded or ICO/IEO or whatever they call it, was extremely popular as people look at it as some quick way to make money online. And then people get often scammed by this projects/startups, some where legit but mostly where pure scams. So i suggest to be very careful in investing. Nowadays even if a project is legitimate they might still fail because of competition in the market.

I'm done investing in crowdfunding, I mean I am still on pause right now as most of my experience in 2018 is bad, only in 2017 where I made profit in most of my investments, and I realize not everyday is a profitable day, investing needs timing and when the market is bearish, it's definitely not a good timing, unless you are investing for long term as I believe there are still good projects out there which has great potential in the future.

No, I did not do it yet. But in the past I decided to make and invest in some good ico, After market crash, I did not happen. And now it is very tough to find out a legit project which can give some x profit due to the huge amount of scam projects and market situation. I will suggest to those who want to invest in any crowdfunding project to investigate before making any investment.

I have remember at the beginning of 2017 I had made a handsome amount of bitcoin by investing on couple of crowdfunding platform. It was quite easy to make money that time. There was huge demand since there was some potential projects. Even it was like lottery who could buy within short time span. However that was a golden time for me and more likely it will never back in my life. But unfortunately few amount I converted into real cash from my profits. And a big part of my profits is dumped when bought some shitcoin in back last bull run. However I am not sure about "Fluency bank" nor I bother to invest on crowdfunding lately. I can't see any successful project now, so likely I will not back to any investment platform.

They have just opened pre-register on Seedrs The manipulation of BTC price is becoming so obvious these days. For a couple of weeks all the news articles bleat on about so called 'corrections' then boom it happens right on cue, also the handful of players that continually mess with its price to make a fast buck are a real threat to Bitcoin, not governments. That being said, the market is still all about BTC at the moment and I’ll advise current investors and newbies to take advantage of This program, for investors/newbies who lack understanding on how trading Bitcoin works, to help them recover loss from the crash and also accumulate more bitcoin, with this program i went from having 1.5btc to 6btc in just 9 weeks. Investing on a crowdfunded startups is just like investing in ICOs if you don't do your share of work when it comes to research and background checks you will be bound to lose money or to miss a good opportunity. Remember that this startups are having crowdfunding as they have no capital to begin with so really you must check their project if it is any good and the team behind it if they are someone to be trusted with your money because if you just spot even one red flag you know its time for you to move on and look for another project/ICO.

I honestly invested into a startup that was working to get a "esports media" type of thing, basically it was a digital agency but their customers was mainly companies that wants to address to esports world and also basically help out the gaming companies as well to place themselves in there too.
It wasn't much, it was a small amount but they were starting very early, now they are doing online tournaments because of corona and I realized that no matter what you invest into esports you will lose it because esports is basically just profitable for the gamers that go into it and maybe not even for them as well when you consider they will retire before 30 and then won't have anything to do after 30 if they do not stuck around in the scene. So it wasn't a successful.

I don't know if am wrong but i thought ICO's fall under crowdfunded startups since they are all startup that require some capital to get the project going. The problem was most ICOs were just scams and made the whole crowdfunding thing in the cryptosphere look like one big hell of a joke.

2017 is a great time in crypto history (correct me if I'm wrong but probably it was). Crowdfunding, bounties, ICO projects are played by hypes which makes everyone got profitable but if we compared today, it is really hard to find good in crowdfunding or any from those things I've mentioned. The market trend has changed already and the mindset of the people as well. Hypes have missed out and the whales have to be in silence already unlike before. This is why we can't expect that this will work great at this time.

Good examples are ICOs who have experienced people in their team who are known to be part of managing and creating new token/cryptocurrency. Aside from that there are also cryptocurrencies backed by big banks or corporations which cannot really be counted as crowdfunded startups as they do have big money backing them. There are a lot of bad examples out there which I really don't want to mention but my point is not all ICOs are crowdfunded just because they don't have any money backing them.

I've been involved in investing to some crowdfunded ICO's before unfortunately non of them turned into a profitable one so I suggest that you shouldn't invest to this kind of ICO or project just go invest in trading and it's much profitable and you have control of your funds.
It's my first time hearing those do you mind giving a link to it? However I think you were just promoting it isn't? since you're a newbie and your first post is all about that kind of crowdfunded ICO?

You have a Bitcoin in this volatile world and you are talking about investing in traditional ways? The idea of banks or investing in startups funded by crowdfunding? Bitcoin is still a modern idea and its market capacity is low, therefore it has achieved much more than investing in unknown things or returning less than 100% returns, it is a waste of time.
Financing start-up projects requires an accurate knowledge of the status of the project and confidence that the project developers will make it something of value and therefore its price will rise and it is an investment in things you believe in regardless of the rationale behind your investment.

In my experience investing in crowdfund, only the first ten ICO give highest interest to those who invested everthing follow that ICO after that first 10 mostly lost. They are many crowdfunding created after of many successful ICO the problem is not all of them is profitable any more the last batch of good profit you can earn in crowdfund is wayback early 2018 and after that many scam and failed project has been created . Note : those investors get high profit if they sell it that year also. If they hold it until they will also expereience lost.

I think OP is talking about investing in croedfunding projects that are crypto-oriented. Like crypto based projects. It has nothing to do with traditional crowdfunding..
That is ok. I keep seeing big projects like EOS make money and do I regret not joining? A little bit, but I also regretted joining many shit projects (that started out looking like gold). And I still find myself surprised that shit like EOS can still shine while incredible projects died. So am I losing sleep over not investing in Revolut or EOS or some other scandal filled project? Nope.
Above all, I'm glad that you've gotten over your regrets. In a space like this, one is bound to get hit abd miss moments. In moments where you find yourself at the losing end, the best thing to do is to clear your mind of all regrets. Most opportunities would come. People who missed EOS had their turn with other projects that did more than 10x+. More opportunities would come just be sure to grab them 😉
