I agree that COTI is a potential coin, which will provide a large profit. Because COTI is one of the DeFi projects which are currently hype.
So there could be an increase of up to 100x, what we need to do now, buy COTI and hold at least until 2021. Especially if we look at the
outstanding performance of COTI, there is no need to doubt the quality of COTI.

So I'm looking to round out my portfolio on about 10 crypto projects that are all under $0.10 right now and have the potential for going 100x by either doing so in the past or has great potential to do so again when the next bull market hits.

So far in my portfolio:

Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR)
Enjin (ENJ)

I was considering adding WanChain, but I could take it or leave it.  It seems to have really good gains in the past and still is an active project.  But the others are staying in my portfolio.

So I'm looking for about 5 more really strong projects that are currently $0.10 and below with huge potential of 100x.

I have read people criticizing that the price does not really matter but i have seen that the cheaper coins have much more potential to move higher and faster in bull market than higher price tag coins, so adding some more quality cheap coins can really add on higher profits at the right time.

The first time I read about this shitcoin of yours was back 2019 and it's not even in the market after a long time they are still in ICO stage I don't know what can make this shitcoin go 100 times and to see John Mcafee on their homepage is a big warning sign to investors not to look and turn away from this project.

Looks like the McAfee thingy also reached the ears of the devs, since he's no longer part of the (paid) advisor/marketeer group. There's an entire paragraph about McAfee on Securypto's latest blog post. Further on, the zerocoin vulnerability has slowed SCU development down a lot.

Contrarily to many other "scam" projects, this dev has never wanted to put his projects on an exchange before having a working project. If you don't, people complain "it's not even in the market", and if you do, people call it a P&D exit scam. So what'll it be for you?

Let's be honest, they clearly didn't go for some quick money.

And lastly, don't forget the fact that the app is already up and running and under constant development. Encrypted messaging is coming in the next few weeks.

Anyway, it's not my mission to defend this project, but since dev is not anonymous and is still there working on development, for now, I think it's fair to still give him the benefit of the doubt.

It's uncertain but I'll say that I'd be against with that statement. What's quicker to see an increase are those not cheap altcoins.
Bitcoin is not cheap and as we know, it's the most popular cryptocurrency and it is the safe haven in investing in cryptocurrencies.
Ethereum is around $377 as I post and that's not cheap but the 2nd most popular.

   For the projects you mentioned Scypto I think DYOR is more needed than for other investments. I never heard about this Front and
benefits from that. I will your word and I will check it by myself, you didn't give much info except the price and possible profit if things
goes right, which may not happen after all, it's just a guessing without some valid arguments.
   Please give more info about your prediction and why you think that this project can go x10! I would like to see that from you before

 In your investment list I see HBAR and Enjin as the 2 most potential altcoins but I'm not sure it can increase 100 times after months of hold. Although they have real products, the retail investor community is too weak to fomo and market them. Besides, they also do not have large financial funds to support in the background so strong growth will be quite vague but it is definitely an altcoin worth investing in.

The five alt coins, as far as I remember, were tokens that came from several bounty projects that were quite successful in the past, but unfortunately today the price of these token tokens has decreased quite drastically compared to the price when the ICO project was , but even so alt coins like UBT are alt coins that indeed has a pretty good development at this time and is an choice that is right for us traders who want investment assets below the price of $ 1

There are lots of coins that might at below 0.10$ but you can check them all price level and market supply there are some coins like tron, poly, ADA, AION and some more coins those having a good trading volume over 24 hours and if you buy them at cheep price when their price been dropped once and hold them for few time they will must get you a good benefits.

I don't think the 'under $0.10' has any relevance here. The price of an individual coin is dependent on supply, the two work together - which is why we tend to use market cap to determine the overall quality of a coin.
A coin at $1 with a supply of 1 million is exactly the same as a coin at $0.01 with a supply of 100 million. Both have $100m market cap, both are equally likely to go x100. There is no difference. If you put $1 into both coins, they are equally likely to give you $100 return.

how about stellar and tron, I think these two coins have potential in the long term, maybe at the moment it can't reach 10x, it's not wrong if we can have it now. and I think IDENA coins can reach 100x in the next few months.

I hope your words will be prophetic .... Although for me an increase of 50 times will be perfectly sufficient ;-)
(btw idena already increased 10x - it's started from ~140 sat in march)

Coming back to the topic, I wonder why people think that only a coin that is very cheap can increase 100 times. Is a coin worth $ 2 today less chance of a hundred-fold increase than a coin worth $ 0.02 - from a psychological point of view, maybe yes, but fundamentally both may have the same odds. People forget so often that what really matters is marketcap, not the value of a single coin.
