This thread is a directly linked to another one that I created over two years ago, when the service was launched as RaiLucky — before the rebranding of the currency.
A player also made one, which I'm glad they did, but I was asked to push a new one as the owner, so there we are.

_____________ WHAT IS THE IDEA BEHIND LUCKYNANO ? _____________
Allow me to quote myself, as I already wrote about it on the currency subreddit (u/Emul0rd).

LuckyNano started in January 2018, with the idea of creating a faucet to introduce people to Nano, but in a fun way. I felt really bummed that such an awesome currency as Nano would only be discovered through dull faucets, where all you do to get munie is clicking a button, every now and then. Worse, some only allow you to claim once, or at the cost of viewing ads. I was a big fan of gamefaucet.com for Bitcoin (RIP), which let you play casino games in exchange of a few satoshi, with a big community component around it. People were enticed to chat and build a strong fanbase, and those who wanted to help the project would invest their own money to unlock perks and features.

This is *exactly* what I'm going for with LuckyNano: a faucet with casino-inspired games where you win NANO, but with a more modern design, and an enhanced multiplayer aspect. And those who are willing to try their luck for a quick buck, or simply want to help keep the project afloat can deposit a couple of NANO to play for higher stakes.

_____________ ARE THE GAMES FAIR ? _____________
Absolutely. Short explanation: as many other similar services, thousands of game rounds are generated in advance by the server, from a random seed derived over and over. In particular for Dice and Roulette, you may see the hashes and try to derive then yourself from some external tool that allows it. I'll be adding a way of checking that on other games in the near future, it's more of an UI integration thing than anything else, as I pay close attention to the looks of the website — hey, it's part of what makes a great experience after all.

I shall add some information about the faucet itself, up to date as of version 2.1:

On the home page of the website, there is a gift icon that gives you access to the faucet.
You must be logged in to get Silver Tickets from it. Silver Tickets are the currency that you can use around the website to play games for free, and win real Nano bits in turn.

Exceptions to this are:

• Poker, that you can play for free whenever a freeroll tournament is up, without using tickets and for much better prizes,
• Roulette, that for current UI limitations will get you more Sliver Tickets if you win, instead of Nano. This will change in a future release.

_____________ IS THERE ANY WITHDRAWAL MINIMUM AMOUNT? _____________
No, you may withdraw your winnings everyday, with no withdrawal minimum amount.
The minimum amount you can be credited on your account by playing a game is 0.000 001 NANO, and this is also the least you can send to your own wallet.

_____________ IS THERE A WITHDRAWAL FEE? _____________
No, of course not. The main focus of Nano is to be a currency that can be sent and received instantly, at no inherent cost.
Imposing a fee on players is out of question; that would simply go against our desire to let people experience the satisfaction that is using Nano.

Some services may charge you, but really, you are paying for their operating costs.
To prevent spamming, we went for the solution of letting faucet players withdraw once per day, whatever their balance is.

Nope, as stated in the OP. You can deposit money, play Cash Games, and withdraw the exact same amount of money that you won.
No rake fee, and still no withdrawal fee.
