That's a lot of money. When did that happen? I see that MyCryptoMixer is offline since 1st of March. It'd be enough proof if you provide the transaction hash with a signed message from each input. Plus, the LoG.

I don't understand why should one send that amount of bitcoins at once. Even if the mixer is legit, we're talking about a huge fortune. Why not just mixing 1 bitcoin each time to ensure that if you get scammed, you'll not lose all of your coins?

I think it's dead end already for him, no LoG, no proof. Yes, very huge amount, we really don't know the reasons why he just mix it in one go, probably he was ignorant or naive or something or maybe he has some (bad) intentions, to ruin MyCryptoMixer.com reputation.

Although technically it shows on your site that you don't process deposits under 0.003 BTC ($185!), it's clearly confusing to (some) customers. So my question is: do you want to profit from customers' mistakes? If so, you can stop reading.
However, if you agree that's not right, you should improve this:

The text "Each transaction must exceed the minimum deposit" should be right under "Tranfer between 0.0030 BTC ....". Most people don't read everything, so don't put a large space including a CALCULATOR button in between.

The CALCULATOR makes it even worse, it literally tells the customer he'll receive Bitcoin if he makes a deposit under 0.003 BTC:

A mixer's calculator should be absolutely accurate!

A much better solution would be to charge a minimum amount (say 0.00025 BTC) for each incoming deposit to cover consolidation fees, and just get rid of the 0.003 BTC minimum entirely.

Let's face it: your image isn't the best in the business. Is keeping two 0.0016 BTC deposits from a customer who wanted to pay you for using your service worth it?

Last days we have suffered multiple DDOS and ransom attacks and spent most of the time securing our frontend infrastructure.

As we were working on it Bitcoin node failed to synchronize around a few hundred blocks and that's something we have unfortunately missed.

All transactions along with this one have been successfully sent now.

We will probably launch the TOR version today while we upgrade our clearnet DDOS protection.

We will post updates on when our service is live again in this thread as soon as possible.

I don't know how you managed to use their service on August 7 because the website was already offline (both, clearnet & on Tor). I posted about this mixer being offline here and you can see the date of my post.

I may have inadvertently witnessed the last hours of life of this mixer . In any case I'm sure MyCryptoMixer.com was offline on 7th (with the Cloudflare page). Even with Tor, I couldn't open it.

To be frank, I don't think you'll get your money back because I doubt we'll see this person again. The site had been under DDOS attack for several days. I guess they got tired of it and decided to give up fighting. Otherwise the user could have connected to the forum to give updates (as he has already done)

You can always answer @LoyceV's question if you want, at least it will publicly confirm this blender left with your money.
