Taking paypal from any newbie is really very risky for you better try on localbitcoins.com, remitano.com or bestchange.com as these sites are reputable and have many options for you even bank transfer as you want.

Why not use https://www.rain.bh/? I used it a few months ago and the results was good, I don't know about the platform right now but I think it is reliable enough.

sending PayPal from us is immediately but you need to add a card or bank account to your PayPal account to withdraw it, I think it takes 4 days to withdraw to your bank account from PayPal,  one of our partners live in Dubai he could give you cash, I know it's little scary to trade with fresh user but trust will be created at a start point. anyway, I am at your service if you were okay, have a nice time.

Your account is newbie and your site is also under construct so its not easy to gain trust from here because we already have many members those are exchange for years and they are good so just keep calm and  try to have escrow for your early orders hopefully in near future you will also in good and solid position for providing exchange service on this forum.
