So you do made a new thread about your https://www.cryptowild.com/ ? Which can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2567431.0

resolve your negative feedback first because people wont easily trust it up if you do just let that complaint stick into your profile.

I've checked their neg feedback , and it seems it's because one guy was asked to perform kyc , to be able to withdraw 0.001 btc from a no deposit bonus .

While doing KYC when we're dealing with crypto basically sucks , it's already common practice for casino's to perform KYC on their clients .  So not sure how accurate that feedback is . I might be wrong though.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for this. You are 100% correct. The complaint was a new player who refused KYC to withdraw his no deposit bonus win. The 0.001 BTC is still in his account.

I agree op, you should fix the negative trust from your account. It is likely the main reason why most people don't like gambling site operators/owners having negative trust from a person. Having a negative trust on an account would only bring negative thoughts to people who are interested in your site but having doubts because of the neg. trust.

You should have resolved it a long time ago as this is the first thing that people here will check on you. You should have let it go as it is only very small amount. So if you have doubt with this identity, just ban his account next time. I don't know the whole story but that case should be resolved by now and settled an agreement fairly.

well for 0.001 BTC you already risk the reputation of your casino when you could have let it slide and ask kyc when clients have more than 2BTC to withdraw. looks like its worse than an exchange.

That's what I am thinking here. For 0.001 btc withdrawal, they asked for KYC? That's very small amount to ask KYC from customer. Even if they are in doubt about his identity, they can always check the IP of the user and if they are still suspicious, just ban the account but release the small withdrawal he's asking for. He will not create such noise if he is a cheater. I guess. Now, people will avoid this casino because they will think that even if they win, they might not get their winnings as the site might create reasons on not to release their funds.

That's a tough situation but you should take into account that most people will just see the negative trust and won't bother investigating what happened, so resolving this matter is in your interest. Why would you ask for KYC when we're talking about less than $7, though? Isn't it way too much? Mild KYC policies that are common for casinos on this forum reserve the right to ask for KYC when there's something suspicious going on in order to fight money laundering. If a person takes 7 dollars which your website essentially gave to this person, what sort of money laundering activity can it be? I believe that KYC should not be enforced at all when we're talking about below $1k sums because it's clearly nothing serious, whereas huge amounts of money do get laundered, and fighting that crime is important.
The casino does clearly state that the policy is like this, though, so the guy's to blame for not reading carefully:
Quote
The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity.

Well see how op will handle the situation. Casinos that have negative issues won't do any good at all and many people will think that they should stay away and avoid becoming a victim of such scheme. Let's just hope that op would do what most people suggested to op about the issue.
