But what about Sporstbets KYC and some other restrictions?

This list cannot be right I think. First of all, half of the world is on it
Second, my country is on it and my account works normally - I can play poker and have played poker there. The logo is also different from the Sportsbet page - maybe that's from their UK partner Steve mentioned once or twice?

While we're on topic of using VPN - is it legal or not? For example, you use VPN, bet and win. I assume no payout if they catch you, right? So I would not recommend to use VPN - or at least not to get caught while using VPN

In one hand, VPN is definitely legal. In other hand, if someone will want to hold your money, he will find any reason to do that. They can't "caught" you, if you don't reset VPN or log in through your own IP to the site.

It's not even only that twice the chance , it's also the fact that he will basically know +2 cards each hand which will give him a huge advantage over the other people.
