You mean you want to have an appication that can able to detect every transaction of the address and you want it to see.

If you are the owner of the address then its possible to have alert everytime you send a transaction  but if not you need to look the address always manually.

Also indicate what crypto currency it is .

A quick google turned up paying services like this one: https://www.cryptotxalert.com/ (not endorsed by me... Just the first search result that popped up)

This one seems to be free: https://cryptocurrencyalerting.com/wallet-watch.html (so it might be a better idear)

There are tons more, a simple google search will do... http://letmegooglethat.com/?q=bitcoin+transaction+alert

OR, you can use the api of one of the many explorers to periodically query for utxo's being spent

I can vouch for this service. I use the free version and it allows you to see notifications for 2 address iirc. You can connect it to Telegram and they'll send you a notification with the tx ID when it got 1 confirmation (even zero sometimes).

I used to have a telegram bot for this, you only needed the public addresses so no real risk....

I use the wallet watcher from Blockonomics here: https://www.blockonomics.co/views/wallet-watcher.html

It is free to monitor up to 100 addresses. It supports both individual addresses and importing extended public keys to monitor all the addresses in your wallet. It will send email notifications whenever an incoming or outgoing transaction is detected. It also has a couple of other nice features like showing a graphical history of your balance over time.

I use the @MagnumNotifierBot telegram bot.

They support a shit ton of coins (58 coins to be exact; full list here). The only problem is that they apparently do not support xpubs, but it's probably the best option if you want to monitor individual addresses of certain coins.

The above recommendations look good, but are limited to getting notifications via email.
you can try @MagnumNotifierBot telegram bot as an alternative.
if you want BTC alerts try IFTTT, it works with the principle of "if something happens, then do something" and thus you can get a wide range of ways to get notifications "e-mail, a message in Twitter,facebook,...etc , send a tweet, alerts on the phone and many other ways."
You can try a lot of features. ---> https://ifttt.com/applets/187933p-notification-for-bitcoin-payment
