Since Blockchain's downtime, the binary tree of the TXs of the recent 200k BTC moved by MtGox is "not found". I do not know much about this but it seems very fishy.

They have nothing to explain, if you are so interested in the info in the bitcoin blockchain then look for them yourself, guess what, the blockchain is available to everyone.

I think that this tree isn't avaiable at this address has something to do with their database problem a few days ago. Maybe the tree id has changed, if you remember the bitcoin transaction id, you can find the tree again
