FUNDS RECOVERY (funds-recovery.com) - serious or not?

I found that guys (funds-recovery.com) from one article which is related to losing BTC by scam
Those guys say that they can return your lost BTC by scam or any other reason.  Sounds funny 

Unfortunately, I did not found any feedback on bitcointalk about them. Does anybody of you know them? Had experience?

As well they saying that they solving currently the most cases from bitclub network scam. But even here, I can not find something in the web.

They want an advance payment before they start to investigate, that's what makes me doubt.

It's a scam. They can't reverse transaction. They will just take another bunch of dollars from you.

There should be no doubt.  Any coins sent to them is a donation.

It seems like a complete scam because if the company wants money before it doesn't work then there is some confusion. They can never afford it and are thinking of killing your money. I have no experience with it but it would not be fair to pay here first It seems a lot skeptical.
