I'm a newbie and I'm trying to get help however it's all been in vain, but I still believe someone might be able to. I bought BCH instead of BTC, however it cannot go into my wallet address simply because the provider dont support BCH and said there's nothing they can do.However I can still see the cryto sitting in Blockchair with the wallet's address.I wish there was a way to send to a different wallet address.Hope someone can help

Your message is a bit confusing. I assume that you have transferred BCH into BTC wallet. If the wallet doesn't allow you to export a private key then you can't do anything without the cooperation with the wallet provider. You should use wallets which give a full control of your coins. Electrum is a good one for Bitcoin. AFAIK, Electron Cash is an alternative for BCH.

Thank you yes that's it they just said they dont support BCH and there's nothing they could do about it. I thought there was something else I could have done, guess I would just have to cut my losses.

I hope that it wasn't an expensive lesson. You should learn more about wallets (read this topic written by Lauda; most hardware wallets support BCH and you will be able to find software alternatives). Don't use the ones that don't allow you to export a private key or don't give you a recovery phrase (12/18/24 words).

Electron Cash would be probably the best choice for you since you wouldn't have to download much data.
