Yes I would still HODL if I can if I wouldn't need to convert it to buy some necessities if I have enough cash then I wouldn't move any crypto at all.
I would just continue to hold it and I would like to buy some but the problem is it is hard to make investment right now since we really need the cash.

Indeed, a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin but the plan is probably not feasible because Corona is constantly spreading around the world, regardless of government controls, the situation is still not optimistic, many businesses have forced their employees to stop working and stay at home. Cash is being used to sustain life, continuing to invest more in bitcoin is not possible when it is too dangerous with the economic situation not yet recovered but of course, we can continue to store the remaining bitcoin while the virus is not overly threatening

Indeed, now is a tough time to let oneself be courageous enough and take the risk of engaging with Bitcoin given the current situation of the market. In my opinion, either you are a long time Bitcoin enthusiast, one that can be considered or someone new to blockchain, there will be instances of holding and selling out of coins since every circumstances is different to another. During this pandemic, many will choose to preserve their coins because of the hope that the previous state of market will eventually bounce back since it has been like that ever since its volatile existence took place. Although, there are some that would choose to spend their coins in order to sustain their lives which is evident in the drastic change with the value of Bitcoin. As for me, I'd choose to hold and would only sell out if I really have to.

Does it is the best time crypto during the upclimbing trend? Investors never look that instead, they are opportunist people that always make their way in every time they saw the opportunity to gain. And for me, I hold when it needs and sell also if it needs to do so.

"Never invest more than you are able to lose". I don't know why some bitcoiners can't understand this simple rule. And as a result they have to sell their assets. I'm going to neither sell, nor buy cryptos during the slowdown.
It may be they don't understand it nor you are able to take the advantage while the market is down and buy more. I believe they are hesitant to the current position and I know that they know exactly what they are doing. The market seems to rough at this time but something we don't need to feel negative or being frustrated enough that will think that we are going to collapse. The market will recover soon.

To tell you frankly I already sold half on my investment because I'm of lack financial support. The other half I try it to hold as much as I can. Not all people are rich while holding their Bitcoin asset, most of them are now worried about this global economic crisis. I hold half of my investment because I believed that right after halving will happen the market price will grow and if I have found a way to have money I will invest it back again at a cheaper price.

Well, personally I'm still holding my bitcoin. I've got also some money in altcoins and I don't want to sell it. I'm patient - Bitcoin will finally rise. It's hard to predict when but it will, I'm 100% sure. I'm also staking my CDL Tokens because it is a chance to earn up to 11% rewards per year (in CDL, BTC or USDT) so I think that it is pretty promising.

Definitely! In our current situation right now, we are experiencing an expected event which is actually the recession or an economic problem, in that sense and in the figure of markets (charts) we are now in the correction of the market, traders in the macro analysis are expecting recession BUT the question is what will be trigger for it? As you can see, it is the Novel CoronaVirus/ NCOV 2019, which typically speeds up the economic recession.

So what and how does it connect to your question? Well this part on my own opinion is part of the cycle. That does not mean we experience a drop of more than what we expected not just in BITCOIN and the cryptocurrency market but also the majority of markets, commodities like gold, silver even oil, international stock market, indexes like S&P 500, etc. Technically, its a major catastrophy. So basically you have nothing to worry about and should be thinking things in a positive way.

What is the positive side? It is an buying opportunity. Why? Market and charts are manifestation of human psychology and emotions. People think its the end of the world because of this pandemic not thinking about the technological development and innovation we have for the past years. We are not like the Spanish Flu before without any technology upgrade like today. To think, mortality rate is just low other than deadly disease like cancer, HIVs, Ebola, or even car accidents. Right now, mainstream media is just too hype to report this pandemic. People Panic equals buying opportunity for rich people. We are in a cycle right now and as the pandemic peaks, and its parabolic movement will start to weaken, prices will start to increase.

There is no reason for me to sell my Bitcoin right now, in fact this is a good opportunity to buy because the price of bitcoin is cheap now. And if we truly believe in Bitcoin and keep track of the past when bitcoin is falling and rising again, this is surely a good time for us and for the traders and holders to buy more.
Because many people believe the price of bitcoin will rise again, like what happen in recent years.

I'm not an expert but I prefer to getting more btc if only I have spare money. True if now we have a difficult time but Bitcoin has a history that people shouldn't forget

I believe you on your opinion, many always forget the history of Bitcoin whenever their is a downtrends in it price in the market. Although, those who actually believed in this technology were those that know how to hold their stash against the odds of the bearish. Personally, am not against those who sell due to some reason behind the recent pandemic but against those who sell because of their weak hands. Whales always buy from the weak hands and make gains to themselves, holding is more rewarding. I am holding up till the bullish.

Just like the title said, we are about to witness the greatest debt expansion in the Global Recession.
How to deal with this problem?  Sad Sad

If you are new to blockchain, will you consider buying bitcoin these days?  Huh
If you are an experienced expert, will you keep the bitcoins in your pocket?  Huh

Just wonder and curious.  Huh Huh
Since I have heard so many news and opinions from critics, I began losing.
I read a special article in Medium today. I am sure it is a promotion for a new project, but the points that back up bitcoin sound reliable and I am touching.
https://link.medium.com/4tOqjBlcc5

So what about your idea?

100% i buy btc and invest crypto specially in these time when market gives us a huge off%.i bought bitcoin on 9k/8k/7k/3k also and never sell them because i know the price will go high in 1/2 years .having enough knowledge and research about blockchain will help u alot about this.and history always repeat ! so see btc chart and think about it in long term.

if you not have problem in financial can cover cash for food/rent/electricity.

HODL is good move until market recover price will rise.

But if you need to spend some amount of you bitcoin, do not hesitate because it is for your own sake. You will not regret if you think of yourself and health first before storing your bitcoin. It depends on the circumstances but if have a lot of resources and goods in your house, then continue to hold and wait for the bitcoin to have improvement in its price again. But the this here is until when you will hold it when you don't have any idea about it. The thing here is that if you really need some financial assistance, don't let your greed of bitcoin strive, but convert some if you really need some money for your own errands.

but if have some problem to you in daily life sell BTC is not bad idea  this covid-19 is not disappear soon.

maybe this pandemic still happen in couple month or Q3 2020.

stay healthy and stay alive everyone!

As this Covid-19 is progressively spreading around the world, you'll not be also comfortable on what will you do to your bitcoin. You could sell your bitcoin because many whales are buying now as they found out that the bitcoin's price is crashing in the market. They are willingly to hold more during this crisis as they have still something to eat and to use financially when it is still a lockdown. I probably think that it will end in Q4 of 2020, as they are studying the drug from Japan that is effective in treating Corona Virus and it will need more investigation and study to be approved by the WHO. It will need a wide mass production so that it can be used in any part of the world and it needs time and effort for that to happen. Keep safe and practice proper hygiene, this pandemic will end soon.

This fall might not be of Halving it looks like it is majorly due to the corona effect. I am holding and will also buy more when market is still low. If you check out previous halving history this was not expected this time.

Below are few predictions given by top market predictors. They did not predict this fall as they had not future site about corona being introduced:
Here you can read the prediction: https://coinswitch.co/news/bitcoin-price-prediction-2020-2025-latest-btc-price-prediction-bitcoin-news-update

Also, the halving is yet to come in May 2020. Let us all hope for the best. I do not think it is panic situation for holders.

I still hold bitcoin, but I also sell some fraction of bitcoin in this increase in the price because I want to buy more fraction of bitcoin when the price is down. I think after this increases, we will going to see another change for bitcoin price, and I hope that the price can go down for a little so that I can buy at the right time. If we take a look at the price, it seems bitcoin price is going to be strong because now, the price finally breaks $6,500, so that will be the right time for us to sell some part of bitcoin. But unfortunately, after reaching $6,500 back to the lower price again.

You are Right, everything seems to be failing everywhere and this current global crisis caused by the corona virus
pandemic is about to shift the world's economy towards a global recession. I boght bitcoin before the dip so i don't have much of a choice than to patience and optimistic the market recovers as soon as possible for if i sell of my holding, I'll be in huge loss so i prefer to wait and see how the market will fight and rise up again to a more stable market

Of course I will still hold the bitcoin that I have, even I will buy more bitcoin to increase the amount of bitcoin that I have.
Although now we are in a difficult situation, it does not mean we panic and sell the bitcoins that we have at cheap prices.
That's a step that should not be done, should in these conditions we must be patient to wait for the market to recover and
improve. I am very confident that bitcoin can rise from adversity soon.

Now you can not give any advice to anyone, in the event of any large-scale collapse of the market, bitcoin may suffer the most, due to the large-scale withdrawal of money from it, for various purchases. And personally, during such crises, I would choose gold under my pillow.

I'm selling in small quantities, basically a inverted DCA strategy.

I have been holding at least half a bitcoin since 2015. Today I have much more than that, so I believe I'm too much exposed to market swings. I didnt see any of the mega profits the bulltards from the hodler's cult talk about.

Yes i'm holding some and of course it's hard to say anything about anything specially trading marketplace. If the situation will not control very soon i am afraid crypto currency will see worst time in it's history. In every country people are very terrifying about current situation. And in that case it'll be hard to say what will gonna happen in upcoming days.

If you are new to blockchain, will you consider buying bitcoin these days?  Huh
If you are an experienced expert, will you keep the bitcoins in your pocket?  Huh

Honestly yes. I would love to buy bitcoin in this situation. It's a good idea to be patience but who knows time like this will occur or not. And expert people always keep bitcoin in their pockets because they know btc how much profitable asset is.
