In order to avoid being caught, scammers use doctored pictures that can't be easily recognized by search engines.
But sometimes search engines work perfectly - at least one of team members of Litecoin SV project was heavily photoshopped.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Good stuff.
Seems to be a recent scammer trend, photoshopping spectacles onto stock  images.
And beards.
