I think I get the part that it is a good time because someone has so much time during the lockdown. It includes me, this lockdown gave me additional hours in this forum. However, they are also correct that some are busy or worried and doesn't have the time to invest or learn anything about Bitcoin. Maybe because not all of us are comfortable in this pandemic, they may be doing something much more important.

Yes, some people will have the time to listen to you promote about bitcoin, but not all will be interested. And it's okay. We have to understand that we are in a difficult time.

it really depends on the current condition of the individual. if he has other things to attend to like how to supplement his family's daily food, or meds, or how to stay not to be infected, i guess it would be very hard for him to concentrate on looking at bitcoin or crypto. maybe for others that are self-sufficient and don't have to worry their basic necessities, they would appreciate to learn other options on how to earn money or how to use crypto as payment method so as to minimize the fiat money contact. you have to be more understandable on how you approach a friend, or a colleague. check his status first.

I think everyone who have access to internet already know what bitcoin is. People talk about bitcoin and cryptocurrency everyday as an investment option and i think the hype is well saturated around the globe. Promotion isn't the problem of cryptocurrency, price fluctuation is. The outside world sees the entire cryptocurrency market as an investment option where people take off profits from the up and down of it's market structure.

However, what we need to promote is the potentials of the blockchain as a technology to provide tampered proof private network for virtually every sector so that people will know there is more to it than just cryptocurrency and when the blockchain technology got adopted, cryptocurrency will follow suit

For now I do not see how promoting bitcoin online is going to somehow bring more people to this market, people are being very careful with their money now and are only using it for stuff they need and are reducing the luxuries they buy to the minimum, even if I believe in bitcoin it is difficult for people to accept an asset that can lose and gain value in such a fast fashion, also many of those that have the means to invest in bitcoin have lost money on the stock market and most likely do not want to take the risk with something like bitcoin at the moment.

That is the difficulty that I also face, the stigma of the community and my closest friends about bitcoin is already bad. So I stopped inviting and focusing on my personal goals. I first heard about it on the radio a few years ago. It wasn't online. So, if I had being online at that time I would've heard about it long before I finally did in 2017.

1. People around me aren't interested on it. They don't have any financial background or anything related to investment. If I will just share it to just random people, it will make a funny shit because I'm sharing something that they don't even understand and probably not interested of. I'm not against your agenda to share and promote Bitcoin to other people and I actually like it but the problem with some here are they don't have the mindset like us. They aren't investors at all and they aren't interested on learning on it.

I definitely agree with you as we can use this opportunity to grab more users and investors in crypto industry but the problem will be, who will be the one to market the bitcoin? If we will do it free then we can use some of the platforms like FB,Twitter and etc. but for those paid advertisement there should be someone who will shoulder it in order to reach a wider audience.

What I am talking about are those big whales who keep on holding the bitcoin so they can increase the price easily especially if the demand will grow significantly. Enough knowledge on how to market bitcoin is the main hindrance for me to reach out more people because I am not yet prepared to answer all of their questions if I am going to market bitcoin right now.
