Instead of hosting everything by yourself, you can just go with hosting providers that allow such websites to be hosted with them ^{[you'll save yourself a lot of time]}.
^{- Simply do some "whois lookup" searches of reputable websites on this (porn) industry, then go with their registrar.}

If you aren't looking to have a significant amount of sales through this way, then you can simply go with the torrent route...

So you are basically suggesting a dropshipping bussines model but with porn videos? I'd never thought of something like that, since free porn is already a thing....
