The current global situation requires drastic measures to tackle the pandemic coronavirus, i think any president will go to any length to see his nation survive through the epidemic. However, some of this drastic situation will have detrimental effects on most economy but i don't think it will ever be a win for cryptocurrency for as long as this global crisis and pandemic continues. The price movement of bitcoin and other altcoins for a month now validates the point that cryptocurrency can only win and flourish when the entire world is winning.

Trump is not the first person to start doing this. It seems to me not fair to blame only him on everything.

Although Bitcoin was born in the 2008 recession, it is about to face the first major recession since its launch and no one knows how it will react. The Bitcoin price has moved independently and sometimes acts as a safe haven when traditional markets are struggling. However, when panic generally appears in the global economy, Bitcoin cannot resist pressure and cannot protect investors from turmoil.
