No one can help you, you don't even mention any reason for your account being suspended. There must be a reason, if you feel it is unreasonable, you can contact support (mentioned by Akiko). But first, I think you should read their terms and conditions again. Who knows, you'll know why you're suspended

Did you make exchange with other people or do deals with unknown people (P2P buyer/seller "founds source")? Mostly the ban is made if the money is sent to you from dirty sources. "It's like Paypal."
also, many people using stolen credit cards.
