I will suggest you something .if you really want to have liquidity in your project you should work with your roadmap and build your project alone it will attract more investors if they see that developers is really working hard to build his own project. Volume and liquidity will follow after they see the potential of it.

I'm not speaking for this project, checked them out slightly, but really not too much to comment on at the moment. There is a legitimate need for legal market making to help provide liquidity for the currency, although what you shared also holds true. If you focus on your idea and solving genuine problems, it will create valid use cases for your coin/token and naturally liquidity will come, as there will be demand.
