did anybody saw the case of the blockchain project with P2P audio/video calls?
where people pay each other in crypto / tokens?

Telegram does have audio calls but it doesn't have the video call feature but you don't have to pay for the service because it's free. I don't know any up to this time of its existence.

Google tells about this beowulfchain. I'll give you a heads up, I don't know them so they could be legit or a scam.

I don't know about video/audio calls but LBRY does video clips and stuff, maybe one day they'll develop their tech for livestreaming and you could somehow make your livestream private.
