I am waiting for last minute entry. Still not sure if I'll be able to participate. Now when it is a series of 8 tournaments I want to play them all or none at all. Anybody have any good excuses to tell the wifes?

Only one which is bulletproof is to tell her that I am earning money and then give her cash. That's quite expensive for 8 tournaments  and would rather not use it.

If you place 1st in 1 of the 8 games you should probably get around .008 btc. So it basically pays for all your entries.

Well you need to take all the chips man. That's the only way I know how to win a poker tourney. If there is another way to take 1st let me know and i'll try it.

I am new to poker things man so a lot of these stuffs are unknown to me. I am practicing it using Facebook app called Zynga Poker and there are no tournament and such things I have tried yet. All I do is, join a table and keep playing until I lose or get tired.

We did 8 games for multiple reasons. SwC is giving .05 btc to the prize pool and I felt like we should have a decent amount of games for the series to help them out. Some players may only be available 1 day a weekend, not 2 so it gives people a chance to choose a day to play. Most months have 4 weekends in them(yes I know some will have 5) so with 2 games per weekend we get 8 in a month.

What you are practicing is more like a cash game. You can leave anytime and take whatever chips you have with you and cash out. The tournament structure is different. Everyone pays the same amount and then it is a battle until you are the last person with chips. Good luck in the tournaments. I suggest going on SWC and playing some of their freerolls or low entry tournaments to get a good feel for it.

This series is like a tournament in a tournament. Some of every entry, the 200 chips plus the extra from SWC make up the big prize for the top 9 players from the series.

I assume by wins you mean 30 points total and they took first in each of their
They wouild be tied for 1st position. They would take up 2 of the 9 available spots in the championship.

Yeah the tournament is still open. There is no maximum number of participants. You just need to send efialtis the 200 chips and then they will send you the password to register for the tournament.

Users are scored by how they finish each tourney. Starts at 10 points for 1st all the way down to 1 point for 10th. The games are set up in advance and everyone knows when they will be, so if you miss 1 you'll have to make up points on the next game. Basically half the field will be entered into the championship game with what entries we have now.

I would suggest not missing any games but if you miss some you won't necessarily be out of the race.

Anyone can play as long as they pay the fee to get the pw. If anyone shares the pw with someone who hasn't paid the fee, I will disqualify them from the championship game no matter how many points they have. So please don't share the pw @everyone.

As yahoo said I was meaning for this to be for someone who is on the fence about joining in but due to the lack of clarification in my post I've sent you 1200 chips (perhaps you can do a similar good to get someone in) AND I'll extend it to one more user who is not currently not registered but wants to join.
