There will be a fixed 0.05 BTC from SwC plus the extra chips from every participant - so the total prize for the grand Finale will even be more than 0.05 BTC.

The 200 chips everyone is sending to "youcantwin" on swc is going directly into the championship games prize pool too.

Seeing again the OP as it was confusing I really thought it was 2pm UTC but instead it's 2pm EST. Hence that's the agreed time it's more likely I'll be the one to adjust on my timezone I will sleep early so I can join the fun the championship round is intimidating to me.

It's very hard to please everyone, we may consider changing around some times for the 2nd series if we run 1.

The OP has been updated with all the games dates and start times. The only thing not added is the championship game. That is TBD for now.

That prize pool depends on the number of entrants. .001 from every entrant x the number of entries.

That tourney is only for winners of the SwC quarantine series games. They will not be releasing the pw to anyone, only autoregistering winners.

i have just registered at swcpoker.eu and i have also firmly resolved to be there this saturday

If there's average of 15 players each game and there's 9 seat to take on then players has 60% chances of getting on to the Championship game, not bad for those who'll regularly joins the fun.

Spreadsheet has now been posted in OP, it will keep track of all players, fees paid, points earned, players names on both SwC and bitcointalk, and more if needed. If anyone has suggestions on something else needed on spreadsheet, feel free to message me.

Once you have paid fee contact efialtis and he can confirm then have me update spreadsheet.

Nicely done guys! Reading a bit up and down and I should say that we ought to consider alternating the timezones so everyone around the world gets a chance, the current one sort of suits me, but I know it screws a lot of people who have to work on Monday (why not Saturday though?). Even could do 3 timezones for 3 different weeks then everybody gets a chance, that way we also see which timezone gets the most participants.

That said, I think in the end, we'll stick to whichever time it ends up in. I'll throw in my chips closer to the event, glad this is going, thanks again to yahoo and efialtis. It's actually pretty cool people are participating, god knows how hard it's been to organise events in the past. Is it really cause people are all at home now I wonder?

Everything is looking good with a decent amount of buzz already. Will the championship date be determined prior to the start of the first tournament?

Seeing as it will be played on a day when there is potentially another tournament on - if there is a series 2. What is the thought on holding it the same Sunday as the final qualifier at a later time say 5 hours after the start of tournament 8.  I don't think we've had any of these run past 4 hours yet.
My thought are that by tournament 7 quite a few people should have a guaranteed spot, then on that Sunday some will still have to battle out for a qualifying spot.  I've seen a similar late qualifier formats for satellites into some large online series.
Might also just be worth considering it being at a different time if we do have a second series so that those 9 can still participate in the qualifiers if they want.

I'm just floating out ideas, and am fine with whatever yku guys decide on. I'll keep my eyes open for the date of the final.

I mentioned this to efialtis and he liked the idea, so we got a poker series set up on SwC Poker for everyone. The games will be held every weekend at 1PM EST/5PM GMT. For anyone who is confused, that is also 5PM forum time.

We have been chatting trying to come up with the best way to run this. Buyin, start time, number of games per series, number of games per week, and how many to allow in the Champioship game. So we came up with the following.

That works as well. I imagine most people will try to be accommodating to make it a good final.  
Are we using the same format as the series, or will  it be different- starting chips, starting blinds and antes. Just because there will only be 9 for that particular tourney.
