There are no exchanges yet that don't ask for KYC or without KYC they are all gone and now turn to ask a KYC unlike before.
I heard someone that this one "Localcryptos" doesn't have KYC but I don't how safe it is. And another option to buy in the US with debit/credit card without KYC is to buy directly on Bitcoin ATMs which is already mentioned above.
