Yes, the $1k applies for accumulation. So if today you withdraw $900, you won't be asked for documents. Then next week, when you ask to withdraw another $900, we will ask for documents as your total withdrawals would have hit $1.8k in withdrawals. KYC procedures are a common thing among reputable licensed online casinos for the reasons we explained in the last comment.

If they have some information about the banned country the reason could be the regulation of gambling of the country. If not, then try to check your ISP provider sometimes they blocked all casino site who related to gambling activity.

That's would be a problem, went the casino detecting a strange activity log on your account. Ur IP log could be changed at different times, if you talking about the security then the casino could be can lock your account due to the strange activity since the IP log always be different. Using a VPN on Casino would be not a good recommendation since u also put your money on the casino and casino can decide to lock your account because that is not just casino some exchange also make an email confirmation every time their customer login with a new IP.

However, if we see there was a change in account details (like for example a change in name or address), we might ask for documents again on your next withdrawal.
