You should remove your email from the message above to avoid further spam or scam attempt, As for the email content, It's petty and old trick, I'd suggest you report it as spam and disregard such emails in the future.

Nope, it targets everyone since it has instructions on how to buy bitcoins Tongue

(search in Google for "how to buy bitcoin")

It's the old scam, trying to scare random people hoping some of them might actually have done so and will panic and send money.
To date, fortunately, nobody did:

And as Harkorede said, you should remove your email, but probably already 100 crawlers have indexed it, so prepare for a new spam wave in your inbox.

This happens if you use your email on different platforms that sells email database secretly, especially to hyip, cloud mining websites.

I have a website and since I actively answers questions, offers etc. Sending/receiving emails to some crypto related website. Some of these people get a list including mine and sold to anyone. That's why I often receive such emails like this, I didn't open them though, I just mark spam and report it then ignore.

Just make sure you use different emails on different types of activities you do on the internet. Don't use your personal email to job, business or even if you're up to cloud mining related website, even those email subscription thing, just use another email for good.
