I see this. Actually this is expected. Binance wanted a share of coinmarketcap and wanted a boost too. Everyone knows how popular CMC is. By this, some complained and doubts on CMC will be lessen, we all knew how popular Binance is and they can help in improving what lack cmc to become morr effective portfolio tracker. Im guessing they will abolish some features and add more useful one. Well what can you expect from CZ he is a guy full of surprises.

How much deal that has already made between binance and CMC is also can't be exposed. I thought that if old CEO of CMC was also still working on CMC too.  CMC must be independent and it's not pegged to the binance or even use binance as a new rebrand. I have seen that statement on the article.

I don't think that there will be a rebranding. They don't have to rebrand it as long as it's brand is already established and known by the people. Maybe it's part of the deal that the current CEO has to step down and pass the position to his successor.
It's confirmed and we don't have to dig that much with the deal, we already knew it that CMC is under Binance whether they will change the branding or not.

Binance has a lot of capital they are growing and expanding. I don't know though why they targeted coinmarketcap, maybe they have a big plan after all.

And then we have to wait and see what will be this big chances. Are they going to not accept scam advertisements now? This is what majority complains when visiting coinmarketcap, a lot of banners and the old management doesn't give a damn if they advertisement a scam projects on their site. I do hope that with Binance, it will chance.

when later binance managed to get CMC I think in the future binance which initially was an exchange platform then developed their coins and blockchain networks. and now we can see how binance doesn't stop innovating. whether this is good or bad for the progress of cryptocurrency or not we will see it in the future.

Probably owns a lot of shares but not totally. CMC will run with its previous team with addition from Binance and I think that’s a final decision from the board. CMC earns a lot of money from listing a coin their and that its so hard to give up if I’m one of those major hodlers, well we don’t know the exact agreement between these two but one thing is for sure, Binance is working on CMC now.

Yeah if Binance has been acquired by Binance then it is probably true what you say there will be an opportunity for us to hold the BNB in the future because of the open acquisition of CMC, therefore I am sure BNB will take advantage of this opportunity for its tokens to continue to soar therefore I will prepare to hold the BNB before the price goes up, whatever I am sure BNB will go up as before.

It's a 40 Million USD deal, mate, so the owner is Binance, not CMC team anymore. But Binance won't change it entirely, rather what I see CMC previous team will manage it by following the Binance circumstances! Which is good actually, maybe Binance hired the CMC team! I am pleased that binance is not having a full and total take over, but from the look of things. It is inevitable, and will eventually happen.
I can only implore the shits exchange (they know their-selves), have to braze up and provide better liquidation and volumity in their exchanges, so they can survive on coinmarketcap listing.
