Last February i found out the true identity of my Abuser. I'll sum this up in short.

My Friend and i were abused and raped by the same Scumbag when we were 8. I moved away and in 2015 i looked on Facebook to find my friend. I found a person with the same name and viewed his profile. His picture was that of my friend or so i thought. I reached out with a msg. I looked at his friends list and found the wife of my friend and sent her a msg. No replies.

Fast forward to 2019 I again reached out to my friends wife and sent a msg. She finally replied. I explained to her who i was and what had happened. We spoke for hours on the phone. Through our conversation i had found out that my friend was never able to break away from our abuser and he fed him Alcohol and drugs throughout the years in exchange for sex until my friend died at the abusers house.

My friends wife tried to break the two apart unknowing about the history of what this monster did to us. She gave me his nae Address and telephone number.

I was enraged and shaking knowing i had the power to end his life and it would be easy at his age of 82.
I filed a Police report and because of statue of limitations there is nothing the police can do.

So i ask you this....How can i ruin his life? How can i bring this Vile creature to his knees?

What state do you live in? Also now that you have made this post, I would suggest not doing anything illegal as you might just end up ruining your own life. You could sue the shit out of him and thus drag his name through the mud making his final years stressful and impoverished. Know anyone who can corroborate your accusation? Have any solid evidence that would hold up in court?

Massachusetts Civil law allows lawsuits up to 7 years after you can connect the crime to known harm or injury.  2016 was when i was diagnosed with P.T.S.D. due to sexual abuse so this is a possibility.

I tried last year. Detectives said statue of limitations are up. Imagine that statue of limitations on Child sex crimes??? Boggles the mind.

I would advise you stop making statements like "though I made plans to". I am not saying you are wrong to have these feelings, but if you want to hold him accountable, public statements like this might make that hard. I suggest you contact a lawyer, and discuss your options. There may be tangential ways to do this.

This is so sad, I'm sorry for what you and your friend had to go through because of that bastard. May that friend rest in peace, I would say that if you don't get legal options, just inform every relative of him of his deeds so that people avoid him to make sure no one else is gonna be victim of him again.

I think he already suffers from a long time ago, besides that, you say that his age is 82, so I think he will not live for a long time. People who committed a bad thing will accept what they did in the past. If your lives now become better after that incident, it is better to give the case to the Police, and if the Police cannot do anything, then you cannot do anything.

If you still want to ruin his life, for example, you do a terrible thing to him, you will get caught because of bullying or making a violent to him, and I guarantee that you will get in jail. That will not be good for your life and your family. Think twice before you want to ruin someone's life even if he did something terrible to you because we will get the same thing in the future.

Well, you might consider volunteering part time for one of the groups that counsels people  with problems, such as this. You have been there, you know what it is. Why not help others with this.

You should seek a good lawyer and sue. It baffles me that you come to ask for something like this in a forum rather than seek legal advise from a professional.

First of all if you want to kill him don't be preaching it anywhere -.-, id recommend smashing both his legs to leave him crippled and in pains for the rest of his life rather, will also get you less sentence if you get caught.

Just file charges. I wouldn't do anything that could put you in some sort of legal trouble if this person is to file a defamation suit against you. No reason to risk it.

People at the police office will totally take everything you say seriously and forward it over to whoever it needs to get to (Ex: Sex offender list) if warranted.

Okay, I have another answer. The absolute best novel I have ever read on the subject and tactics of "getting even" was the Count of Monte Cristo. I know that the answer is not found in "getting even" or "revenge", but in one's personal growth outside the bounds of the conflict. Still, the development of the character of the Count reflected that. Well, it's over a 1000 page book, so few today would start or finish it.
