Hello,

Selling 40k BTC. ONLY SERIOUS BUYERS.

The process:

You are represented by a law firm so you will be using your escrow attorney.

The basic is the buyer puts up a security deposit for the tranche size (which could be $1M-$3M+) with the seller's law firm. The security deposit does not move.

Seller sends coins first on an invoice. The buyer has 24-72 hrs to pay. In the event buyer does not pay an invoice, he'll go after the security deposit.

The buyer pays the invoice, the seller will continue to send coins and repeat.

When the buyer wants to end the deal, he let's seller know and his security deposit is returned.

If you are selling an amount like that, and are saying you have legal representation and all that, why not sell thur a trusted exchange or just go OTC with LBC?

Because he doesn't have these bitcoins. He is just another scammer, trying to trick some n00bs.

And, of course I second that.

Maybe speaking English is the problem here.

Must be the yummy yummy he is trying to sell. Roll Eyes

As mentioned before, if they even had this amount of bitcoin then have the legal representation sell them over the counter and stop looking for random buyers.
Show an address which hold these coins or just get off please

Hello guys,
thanks for replies.
Yes, going to use OTC with exchanges, currently setting all the docs for the legal side.

I'm not a scammer, it looks like a lot of them here. Had some people want to deal without any law representative.
I'm not a single owner of those BTC. Of course, you can use LBC for some smaller transactions. I do have a 3rd level of verification there which took me a month for verification and all the funds were locked during the verification period.

Anyone have completed the OTC with Gemini or Binance?

Here is a thread that might be of interest to you. Asking about whether binance is to be trusted or not compared to gemini.

Maybe stick to kraken as somebody had mentioned earlier. You are already passed level 3 verification(lbc) having this mentioned, so just go with them. Wink

I have mentioned it in a previous post, but it seems to be flagged. If anyone has a large quantity of Bitcoin (25,000+ units) for sale at a discounted price, I will literally buy you right out. Please PM me if you have any questions, funds are located in the US.
