Here's my recommendation:

It depends on what you prefer there's several casinos we could recommend but they have certain features that others don't have. I think that the main things that a beginner should take into account when choosing a website are the following:
1. Safety. The website has to be reputable, and KYC policies should be satisfactory for the user.
2. User-friendliness. The website should be easy to use, and that also narrows down the list of games to play because some necessarily require certain complications/skills.
3. Knowing the odds. Some games are easy in terms of playing (like slots) but it's hard to understand what's the chance of winning in this or that situation, this requires additional knowledge.

Well, if OP is willing to risk in high odds games perhaps OP like on dice game you have mentioned. You are correct, there are too many options of games as beginners, but they perhaps understand what games to gamble that suit their skills.
