NBA 2019-2020 Playoffs prediction

In this 2020 season, this is the year where Los Angeles Lakers has an opportunity to enter in the Playoffs but this Covid-19 suddenly occurs. It's been a long time where Los Angeles Lakers entered the NBA playoffs since 2014-2019, they don't have any appearance on these years. This 2020 season is their chance but the season got cancelled.

They have strong roster as their big man like Javale Mcgee, Dwight Howard, and Anthony Davis are dominating inside the paint. The bench line up is also good, Alex Caruso is somehow being notice because of his athleticism that made him confident this season. Lebron James really want that Championship ring together with the Lakers team as he want Kobe Bryant to be proud of.

He really respect Kobe Bryant and I think that this season is dedicated for him as the accident made all of us mourn of his loss. Hoping that Kobe Bryant still see the hard-work that the Los Angeles Lakers is doing together with Lebron just to become the Champion this season

But not only the Western Conference teams are their opponent but also the Eastern Conference team. The Milwaukee bucks got the no.1 spot and I think that this will become the new rivalry in this season.

Do you think that if the NBA season got resumed, can Los Angeles Lakers still be no.1 at the Western Conference? and can they defeat the Milwaukee Bucks if they both got clinched the Finals spot and get the ring?

Nothing is certain yet not only the Bucks team is capable on beating out LA imho..Im a Lakers fan but i dont really expect too much because
we know that gameplays on playoffs is somewhat different on what we are seeing on regular season but i cant deny that top spot teams in
both West and East conf. do really have that high chance on getting the finals spot but for now it do really sucks when everything has been
cancelled due to covid.

Of course the Lakers have got a chance to go all the way this season, but you should as well know the playoffs and the regular season are two completely different atmosphere and being almost untouchable in the regular season can't guarantee you anything, as we all saw what happened both the high flying Bucks and GSW last season.

I'd really fancy Clippers chances ahead or Lakers, tbh.

They can certainly enter in the playoffs but they have a chance to win in the NBA finals since they are really doing well, Lebron and AD is a very good combination and they are the reason on the success of the Lakers now, but I would not bet on them to win, I like the Clippers more, Leonard is still underrated but I know he will be beast in the playoffs.

After playing a lot of NBA 2K20, it has always been Milwaukee Bucks, who are The champions in the Eastern Conference. I always end up facing them when I play with the Lakers. I use the game to predict somehow what the outcome could be and with the injuries and other factors that could contribute to the game. The game is getting more realistic over the years, and I just think they are close to reality.

I agree that Lakers really have a strong rosters from main to bench but we couldn't deny the fact that Milwaukee is dominating the league as well while having strong teams in their conference like Raptors, Celtics and Philly. Comparing it to Bron's conference, the team did made it in the first spot and clinching their spot in playoffs already while season isn't yet finish. It is really tough to say this, but Giannis is really something, if there will be someone who could stand face on to Giannis offense, I bet Lakers would really be able to take the Championship ring. I am not saying that Milwauke were nothing when Giannis wasn't there but the guy's strong offensive skills, and defense as well, the hustle he put on his every game, the body as well isn't a joke and did play a huge factor to where his team current at now.

But yeah, basketball is a team game, but if there will be someone who couldn't be stopped on the court then there will be a huge problem for 'em to manage to get the W. Sounds overrated? Nah, IMO, it is something an obvious thing you couldn't ignore. Well, anyway, Bron is different from regular season than to playoffs but we didn't see him from previous year, so, we are clueless to what he is capable of now when game's comes into very intensive one, not taking the fact that they do need to survive to Kawhi's team, and Jokic's team as well.


Don't get me wrong, I love Bron as well. He's my idol, I am just being fair from my perspectives. If I am going to bet, I would still be on him for he is my idol. Although I knew that the opponent were terrifying.

I don't know why I expected too much from the title and before opening this thread. I thought I'll be reading news that the league will go straight to the Playoffs once the game resumes but, as it turns out, it's all about the Lakers 

Lock this thread for now and let's discuss this again when playoffs starts. Everyone will just speculate which team will make it.
