If someone is stubborn then the advice will not be heard they cannot be controlled if they are addicted to gambling it is up to them what they want as long as we do not ourselves to do that because we know that with addiction it will be close to destruction.
Stick to ourselves all the advice we accept and we apply to our self-pattern how to gamble by not spending all of his money and therefore from that advice is important for not being stubborn.

Among all the good points that you have highlighted, I want to say that number 2 is the reason that we have all other points. Number 2 is the real reason that gamblers fall in the business, self control of course.

Thank you for pointing it out. I have seen some replies that stated the same opinion as you. I am okay with that and it is true that "self-control" is the basic thing to do others properly. All gamblers must have it in order to avoid playing gambling excessively and a dream with nonsense goals (ex: make gambling as the main source for income).

Lack of self control is a big challenge for gambling. When you have self control, you are likely to do better but so many don't have self control because it is about emotion and attachment of resources losses.

Sometimes we need time to make us having good self-control. But of course, we must do hard efforts if we are still hard to control our emotions. Each person may have different problems to control it. Some may control emotion easily, while others may be hard to control it. So, depending on the nature of the person.

I am using that suggestion too because I realize that I don't need to use too big money for playing gambling. That will be too risky for me because I don't feel I am good at gambling games, and that makes me use some little money which can give me the pleasure in gambling games. We better don't have a debt in our life because that will provide another trouble for ourselves, and as long as we can enjoy playing gambling with some money, I guess that is enough for us. We don't have to chase the win money because we don't know when the luckiest time will come.

I just want to add another suggestion at the list.

Gambling is a problem if gambling is giving you a problem. Many of people here think that gambling is just beginning to be a problem if you are suffering an addiction from it. Honestly, at first I think the same way but after some realization I came to conclusion that you must stop, if it's giving you a problem for example:

• spending too much money on it
• getting extremely angry when you lose
• having a money problem because of it
• or just simply, feeling sad after losing

If gambling gives you a problem, just STOP and take a break.

I somewhat agree,,, but I also see no harm in keeping the message fresh and live. I have had a tiny addiction problem before, not with gambling but with something else, and the problem is the embarrassment and shame and guilt,,, that makes you not want to face it or to takll about it. But sometimes, and this is why I love my friends to death, people are there for you to tell things positively to you with no judgment.

For online gambling it can be hard but responsible sites and admins will do their best to put people's lives first. So, even if we have to suggest it every now and then, the same way, the message is repeated and people listen to it one day?

Yes, the emotion will always there but as long as you can control your emotion, you will not have face a high tension in gambling. The high tension will only appear to you when you feel the emotion, like for example, when you lose, you become angry and sad, that can be a trigger to have the high tension, and in the end, you will lose the money without you know.

I agree that better to be a responsible gambler which not many of the gambler can do. Sometimes, they forget to think about their family and fills their needs because of the attracting of gambling.

Their are still a few gambling addicts that might attempt going outside just to gamble but hopefully governments is going to close casino or any places that have a crowd to prevent coronavirus.

In most of the countries that got heavily affected by the virus, all casinos are now close. If you see a gambler that still goes outside and by any chance, you learn where they go, you can report the area into the authorities. Maybe they go into an unregulated illegal casino.

These can consider as illegal gambling as they can still operate freely amid the pandemic virus scare.

That is definitely a problem in my country, legal casinos are closed but it is not rare at all to see people gambling on some establishments that can be classified as casinos and no one says anything, things are not so bad where I live right now but as we know the virus is very contagious and if people do not take this seriously things could get out of control as it has happened in other countries already, as such at the moment it is better to follow strictly the guidelines given by the authorities so we can return to our normal lives as soon as possible.

yeah many gamblers experience to loose control as soon as they start loosing but for me i found out that this event can trigger depending on what games and strategy ive been playing  . like for example when i play dice and auto betting using martingale  , i can only see my bankroll droping and i cant stop it because martingale sometimes work the longer it run but there are times that i got busted and loose all what i got   .  same as when im winning  . atleast i already identify it   . the next time i play i know what to do to avoid loosing too much

Are you guys still using martingale? this is not effective for everybody. I have stopped using this long time ago and others can testify that this strategy isn't for all.
The result that it's bringing you should be enough to decide to stop.

The results that you can get in gambling is in your hands. You can come out of a casino or the online sits with profits or it is the other way around.

Gambling either in  casino or in gambling sites will not change the result but it can change the feeling of it though. Now that there is a pandemic, the best thing to do right now is not to gamble unless you are a rich kid and you can spend money in gambling anytime you want but instead of using your spare money in gambling it would be better if you will just donate it. Either way, coming out of your gambling addiction right now is good and if you feel that you are losing too much money already then now is the best time to stop already in gambling and spend your money in different things.
