I understand your concern, with how difficult it is to come by a quality project now, seeing one that you believe and hope to make some fortunes from gotten shut down is kind of disheartening. i don't really know about the project but maybe when the market becomes more stable and there's sight of investors around, maybe they'll continue with the bounty campaign but to be honest, the number of investors out there ready to invest is very thin. I am still pondering on the criteria you used to decide that a project like this, is the best project this year, not that it is even listed on prominent exchanges. Although we can't judge a project based on exchange but yet an exchange helps to bring exposure of the project to more users, hence the need for a good exchange. I guess you saying they stopped is being directed to the bounty program, do not be deceived, always take your time to critically analyse every projects before knowing which is the best etc. For the record, a good project bothers about development even amidst challenges thus good projects do not end or stop anyhow they continue improving.

Insure wasn't the best project but I have to admit their bounty campaign was a good deal for hunters. Because the allocation was good and it already listed in exchanges and in CMC! Even SURE coin has a decent volume in Stex exchange! But you can't say they failed, they paused the bounty campaign because of the ongoing pandemic, which is normal I think. And Insure bounty won't pause for forever, they announced this paused will turn into resume after a month, It means when the pandemic will over!

You said it best, seriously ? Why do you think so ? (Nevermind). A best project never stops. If it would be best, the developer won't stopped working. Many projects seems like amazing at stat but with time you will see the hidden scam behind them. Now come to CMC listing, CMC's database has more than thousands of worthless coins or tokens which were either stopped or scammed people. So it doesn't matter that a project would be good if they manage to list in CMC.

How do you call this is a good project? Just because of they were able to list on coinmarketcap? Other than that you did not mention any special reasons which enabled you to think about it might be having great future. Not just this project, I have seen 100s of projects ended up abruptly like this. So, no surprises for me.

Those scammy devs might have planned up to listing on coinmarketcap just to gain confident on investors. They will list on exchanges and then announce like some big investors are coming up for their project etc. All these are just the fancy stunts just to lure investors. It could be that it's just a marketing trick. I also agree with you, this is not the best project in 2020. To me they are just a normal project and nothing too special. Also I see they have a lot of FUD over time, and their project has stopped bounty. But they are still active and update their projects

They are not a good project, I came across this project and saw that it was a bullshit project. The idea of the project is bad and impossible to implement in this market. In addition, they only listed on small exchanges and fake volumes

Currently everyone is at home so I think they should open the campaign so everyone can join and make money. But they chose to pause the campaign and not to mention payments from the previous weeks. As far as I know, they have been running bounty for 5 weeks and now they pause without payment, it could be a scam and use bounty hunter to promote their project for free.

It is too early for us to make accusations for this project. We should wait for the next month to see what they are going to do, if they still don't open the campaign again then we should tag them because they have become scams.

It's best because it's already in the Coinmarketcap? There are many characteristics of a good project but if for you being in the Coinmarketcap is one then go on, it's your opinion.

Why not ask the team on why the project stopped? If your are one of the investors or even just a bounty hunter, you should have communication to the team for you know the progress of that project. If they stop without them giving reasons then that's a red flag for a scam project.

Its a good project but can qualify it the best,such fallacious statement can distract some people from attending to the subject of the OP. I dont think the project stopped and surprisingly the coin is listed on over 3 exchanges, the project need a very active cryptocurrency market to operate. Most project like insure still struggle from the sentiment of the market and are very far from ICO price. I expect the market to be back soon and altcoins should push back to ICO and other break previous ATH

sometimes new projects are far more risky, I mean like tokens generated from bounty projects. like an insurance project, this looks like a good project even the token is already registered at CMC. but my advice is still active and monitor if you have SURE tokens, sometimes the price of tokens can go down dramatically if the initial prize investor or hunter has received the token first and then sold it.

Obviously this is not a good project as OP said. This project works very shady and they don't even have a telegram channel for their community. They ran bounty for 3 months on a low budget, but after 1 month passed they stopped the campaign for some bullshit. I guess they already have enough twitter followers or their telegram channel, and they don't want to pay the participants
