When we say the best project, it's like telling that to ourselves as anyone has difference opinion on what is the best project for this year.

They have a bounty as far as I know and the reward isnt that high but at least its legit and you can sell off your reward. I am not sure if they giving their token reward weekly cause they have signature campaign as well and the higher the rank the higher the payment. I know some could get 700 tokens a week and if thats its current and still the price up to now then its almost $10 not bad for a free money. But if you compared it to other altcoins before this is very low.

Even if they have value already, we cannot tell yet that they are best project out there and the stop of their bounty campaign maybe because of the condition of the market in which it will not favor them. Knowing the market condition, it suddenly crashes pretty bad maybe because of pandemic effect and they will have difficulty in getting some investors in this moment if they will continue the campaign.

This year 2020 is pretty much the same to 2019 in which there are only very few projects who was able to obtain their goal but 90% of the project likely end up as shit projects or scam projects in the end. But if the market will be able to bounce back in third quarter this year then we can expect to see good projects to pop up so it will be better if you will just forget to what happen in insure project and make sure to support a good project next time.

I believe in the coming month's many projects will be also shut down its operation and not just only the INSURE project. It was the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic in the cryptocurrency industry. most of the new projects are in a hard time raising some money to finance its operation and continue the development process, In these difficult times only the true and useful project will survive all of those scams and the fraudulent projects will not survive. that was my opinion.

Being considered as the best project is only based on OP's opinion. And he didn't check the reason why it stopped or paused so to speak. And he seemed to be affected by the bounty program considering that he is a newbie. Anyway, going back to this project, as per statement from the team they paused the bounty program owed to the pandemic situation. However, their development still continues. So it is also a good chance for them to resolve their internal bottlenecks and improve their services. The OP should not worry about this project getting terminated because they are not. only the bounty programs are paused.

Yes, it's actually very unfortunate if you have to stop before the campaign ends. but the project will resume immediately if things return to normal. so according to the information I read in the thread. because the teams could not promote optimally in the current situation. so it would be better if they were to stop this project for a while

The BlockBurn project was also listed in coinmarketcap while they are promoting their project for IEO, they were listed on exchanges as well but after the campaign the price of the token plummet down like its been planned for bounty hunters not to get something out of it. These guys don't play fair here. After promotion where bounty hunters were making exposures for them, it would only appear like they don't wanna pay and this is also happening in Insure.

Well, that's not always the case. We do not know what is behind the scenes of projects,so it is difficult to judge someone. It's not as simple as it seems.

And they didn't stop their project, they just stopped/paused bounty program because of corona issue. Here is the massage from their BM. If exchange like coinbase reduce their customer service for corona then it's not a big thing i guess.

Oh really mate ? That's a good news for those who aren't aware of what really happen   by the way we're did you got this info ? The op just panic instantly without investigating it and he immediately link this one to the old projects that have a tragic end . it's good too if this project is one of the best because these past years it's now hard to see or to find a best projects but most that you can come across are mainly fake and only use the word promising just too atract and scam people . In the meantime , we can take a rest from the stress of working  so that we'l have a full energy to working again by the time this project resumes.

Lockdown - what a strange reason to stop bounty campaign. Do the team wants to say, that during lockdown INSURE projects does not need a promotion? Im sure the team has pc or laptops at home or at the place where are being lockdown, and can easily continue working. I wont believe that they are limited with the internet or not using it during lockdown.

Strange that their github is more dead than alive.

I saw them running two separate campaign, the one for social media and recently add signature campaign, I thought only that of social media was paused! didn't know both the campaign has been pause, inspite of the Corona virus outbreak and lockdown many campaign are still ongoing, maybe there are other reasons they are not telling, running a campaign does not require anyone to go outside their residence   everything is done online so I don't get why that would be the reason to pause a campaign.
