Bot attack bounty thread

Lots of bots or multi accounts that join the campaign, should as a bounty manager can manage the participants. If this has happened then it will be a bad reputation for the project and also the manager. I have seen participants cheat by pretending to be other users because there is usually no evidence of joining that is commonly applied by BM.

This is unfortunate situation. I have also seen my name on some spreadsheet while I wasn't participating and some I was. In such, what I do is to alert the BM and he would sort that out by removing the fake name. This not thing is getting so high these days in bounties.

This has been a problem in bounty campaign for a long time now especially in telegram and article campaign. Apart from the not entry, people manually stole other peoples work and registered it just to have token. I have also discover that it is very common with projects managed by similar persons in which all this perpetuators have succeeded earlier

I often follow article campaigns and in each Bounty Campaign article campaigns are very mandatory for me to do. As you said the article campaign is an opportunity for people who have multiple accounts to copy my articles and then publish them with their own accounts and websites or pages. Surely every de campaign will happen.
Even those who copied my articles were received and received rewards and original articles from me were rejected without any clarity.
The incident must be reported to the Bounty Manager who manages the campaign so that they are completely banned from the campaign.

Ah yes, this happens way too often, especially when TG campaigns are involved.
Lucky for us (me in particular) it's easy to filter the bot out

I can testify to that as I've participated in few of your campaigns in the past and i do see how cheaters and spammers do get no reward from you, i must commend the professionalism from your end and i wish other Bounty manager can be really hard working in filtering out the spammers, i can't help but wonder why people will choose to use negative approaches in getting things done in live,  this will not only give the bounty manager lots of work to do but might also prevent some real users from getting reward for their work because they might be thought a cheater too....

Overtime, automated bounty platforms were able to held them off for quite sometimes but as time passes by and  couple with the bad market conditions, i think automated bounty platforms do have less of quality projects. Of recent, I've seen most of the managers putting capcha and security checks in form to confirm if the participant is actually a human, this approach has drastically reduce the activities of bot usage and i look forward to more of such innovative approaches

When I visited sinatrra_12 post, I found that this was locked for bot attack. But project is good, now HACKEN.AI is managing by BountyDetective which is manage by trusted manager "btcltcdigger". Same thing found in "Swapzilla" campaign, only in third round in signature campaign but this attack ( was manage by sinatrra_12) attack was too much.

Comparing the data is not useful always. Maybe the ANN or bounty thread creator has made a new announcements for the bounty campaign participants. I don't deny the fact, bots are used widely by the scam projects for bumping the ANN or bounty thread, they need to reach bigger audiences.

Yes i often see some bounty campaigns that are bombarded with thousands of fake/bot entries within few hours, but now the bounty managers are smart they check and remove each bot entry from the spreadsheet keep the campaign and sheet clean.

It's trye that scammers are trying to cheat the bounty all the times. They ca create a lot of telegram accounts or other to join and in some cases they apply with other people information.
Comparing with the view, it is too far from the actual amount. I don't know if non log in visits are counted or not, sometimes people also visit and join if POA is not needed.

Pretty much every bounty has this issue, they're pretty much relying on bounty managers who don't actually check the stakes and just award everybody maximum stakes.

In this way, by attacking the spreadsheets and being awarded maximum stakes for everything, the attacker practically secures 99.9% of the bounty rewards.

Fortunately, most bounties are utterly worthless so there it doesn't usually matter. 99.9% of zero is still equal to zero.

I am not shocked by this event. Ive seen some campaigns that have been attacked by bots too and worse the CM allowed those bots to be in there. Im not sure whether they are glad that their community increases as their telegram channel and group have a huge figures not knowingly that their participants probably are just few and just using software to launch bots.

And of course there bounty manager is responsible to check and validate all the entries,if they do their work then these bots may fade away from invading bounty sections.

That's the thing. Some manager might be collaborated with this shady scam activity of those guys. Like what Kakatua did on his managed campaigns.

Not something new if the TG campaign is attacked by bots, actually it's very easy to find them there I mean real and fake. But one of the easiest ways for him now is to close the forms and spreadsheets then repost the thread with proof or whatever so that the scammers can't enter the spreadsheet.

Bot attack is a common problem for Bounty campaigns, the way to avoid it is to add extra verification like authentification posts in the thread and extra questions in Google Form.

that post in a thread will work alone no need to ask another thing in spreadsheet.

Actually there is better solution if participants apply as the same as signature campaign that pay in btc it will make it more easier for manager since the bounty manager will add alone all those qualified  participants to spreadsheet.

I think that in the spreadheet was done by bots, actually only a few people participated in the bounty but the form has been rigged
of course this is very detrimental to the original participant

it's common in this cryptoqurrency industry, especially like the telegram bot I often see it happening in bounty spreadsheets that are handled in managers with negative trust. but we can compare if the project is flooded by a telegram bot and handled by a trusted manager I think the problem can be resolved immediately.

Yes i agree most of the bounty manager used same old templates and just changes fields / names to start new bounty campaign. These spam posts can easily be prevented or at least reduced by adding CAPTCHA in google forms there are tutorials available how to that.

There are so many scammer using bots to attack bounty here, I joined a few bounty and saw thousands of fake bots registering for bounty. It makes it difficult for bounty manager to filter these bots in their campaign. Even my information is used to sign up for other campaigns, this is really crazy

That's would happen, If the setting of google forms not required a single email register.

So, they will be filled up with someone bot cause the form can be filled up with multiple times without being limited makes the bot pretty easy to spam the spreadsheet with his data.

That's true there are instances that you can submit as many entries as you want because the form creator or the bounty manager created an option to submit another one, we can conclude that one of the bounty participants is also using an alt to join the campaign or he is participating in another campaign on that campaign.

I was really shocked to see when i wanted to participate this bounty. There are a lot of scammers or bot users in the spreadsheet. Bounty manger can use Google Recaptcha for detecting bot and prevent them filling form. This bot behavior is seen many bounty spreadsheets.

An even simpler way is for a user to log in to gmail to submit the form. I believe this is the simplest and quickest way to remove bot and scammer. They will not be able to have multiple gmail accounts to be able to submit forms
