so far I have seen cases that are almost the same as this, they do fake registrations so that a lot of people exploit loopholes in the weaknesses of bounty managers to carry out such activities, different when on Google implements registration restrictions so I'm sure there won't be bots like that.
Im always seeing some people who are not participated in the campaign made complaints caused by the people are controlling these bots used their name to be registered in he campaign. The manager should be more active to prevent this and i have seen some managers removed a lot of bots.

The best way to remove bots from a spreadsheet is to verify your identity when submitting a form. Users need to login to gmail to be able to submit forms, I've seen a lot of managers apply this way and their spreadsheets are very clean.

bountydetective is now very popular! He quickly took a leading position among managers. Now he has all the best projects that are already traded on exchanges. but there is also some negative things:   low tokens allocation and long duration

I do agree with you consider the bots will never try to do that.
That can prevent the bots consistently to join in the campaign. I have been seeing there are only some bounties that still got the bots joined the campaign caused by they were not implementing verification.

You will not be able to expect too much from the project. If you want a large budget then choose projects not listed in the exchanges. But I do not guarantee they will be listed because there are too many risks

~
That Bot action is very detrimental to other Bounty participants because if the bounty manager is not careful, of course the allocation will be equal to every one who registers at the bounty he manages. I Expect every Bounty manager to have to work very professionally by enforcing strict rules to prevent Bot from entering the Bounty he manages.

There is no need to worry. the bits can easily be detected, except the bounty manager is lazy to fish and dive them out.
I trust the bounty detective team to be able to do that work effectively because it is not just one person doing the job.
Nonetheless, other measures can still be put in place to prevent such from happening in future. There are mangers who enter the names of bounty participants manually on the spreadsheet. If they can adopt that, I think it will help solve the problem, Although, it could be laborious seeing that they usually have so many participants in their bounty.

Bounty hunters who are uneducated try to find as much profit as possible even if they have to break the rules. Bad attitude, of course. Bounty managers must prepare a really good and effective strategy for selecting participants. So that only truly qualified participants are selected.

I really like the campaigns handled by Julerz, Hhampuz, Yahoo, Arteezy, Masulum, they apply pretty strict rules.

There was more scammer in this Spreadsheet but no need worry about it's thinking because if the manager have been more skills then there will be deleted. Even not only for telegram Twitter, Facebook , signature etc spreadsheet in scammer so expert manager will be check one by one and kick out all duplicate entries.

It's why bounty managers reputation is very important, you can't see such bot invasion on bounties from julerz12 or bubbalex spreadsheet, I will never join bounty projects from incapable bounty managers

That is not a big problem as long as the campaign was going very smooth. AFAIK if the campaign was trusted campaign and even with long duration and the hunters can still receive their reward.
It's not too long compared with some scam exchange sites that have been running their campaign more than a half of year

That is a problem of bounty managers, they do not care about their job and they accept everyone without checking if the account is real or not. There are about 500 active Bitcointalk accounts right now, so if there are about 8000 submissions then it looks suspiciously, right?

Some lazy managers will not apply appropriate security measures to to protect spreadsheet from being taken over by bot, it is always good to use verification process during registration to avoid such occurrence, I don't know why this bot attack spreadsheet this way, if this is the handwork of scammers I really don't understand.

That's awful and harmful for bitcointalk. We have to take step against those bot.
I want to request bounty manager for set "capcha" in sheet during registration and must ask "proof of authentication". Maybe that could minimize those bot.

Almost every company has this, and they are really hard to sort, and many are accepted, and the most annoying thing is that BM sometimes can not accept your work in companies articles or videos, and the work of these scammers is accepted, there have been several such companies.

Even my information is used to sign up for other campaigns, this is really crazy

This is unfortunate situation. I have also seen my name on some spreadsheet while I wasn't participating and some I was. In such, what I do is to alert the BM and he would sort that out by removing the fake name. This not thing is getting so high these days in bounties.
Just like you, Someone stole my information and took part in airdrops and bounty on this forum. And of course they will be removed by the bounty managers, but to be honest, it makes me feel uncomfortable because they use my information for campaigns I didn't participate in.

Its actually a bounty mangers job to filter out these bots and this is the difference between hiring a noob manager compared to those who are experienced ones.It might be a part of learning up which is understandable since you are just starting up but figure it out asap to clean up this mess. Its not really that something new about these bot registrants yet this had been common into this market.
If you do engage yourself on bounty management then you should know on how to get rid of this.Fraudsters are just waiting up for an opportunity to take advantage to those
who are just new into this market.
Lack of experience and knowledge is inevitable but these things can really be sorted or resolved out.

Unfortunately, many bounty managers don't take full advantage of some of the google form features to avoid bots, such as:
- enable "Limit to 1 response"
- disable "Show link to submit another response"
- enable "Shuffle order question"
- provide at least 1 validation question with multiple answers and shuffle them.
- make the form into several pages.

If a bounty manager is really good I think they can detect bots that are spamming their bounty. That's why I participate mostly on bounties that are handled by Veteran Bounty Managers

This is why the Proof of Authentication post are required and important for this matter, in order to verify the legitimacy of the bounty participant. There is no way someone would owned thousands of bitcointalk account, but it is possible if someone have a lot of email and telegram account which is only required a lot of phone numbers.
