Bitrefill selling fiat

I just checked Bitrefill, and it appears that they are selling PerfectMoney, QIWI, WebMoney and also Payeer funds.

If you visit the page above, you can see that they're asking for a phone number, which make no sense because, as far as I know PerfectMoney and Payeer funds can only be sent using email address. So, I was wondering if anyone managed to make a successfull order for any of these products?

I'm not really familiar with any of these payments methods. I assume they all require KYC and scanning documents of some description? Are there any that allow you to just open an account and use?

You can use Payeer. It has a withdrawal limit of 2000 USD per day even if your account is not verified. I haven't tried using the others though.

PerfectMoney is like Liberty Reserve more or less, you don't need to be verified. I'm not even sure there is something to be verified in their system. When Liberty Reserve was shut down scammers turned to perfect money since there are the same advantages (anonymous, irreversible payments, etc)

Since the PATRIOT Act, I'm surprised they're still alive other like egold didn't survive and some like WebMoney adapted their model

I'm not interested in withdrawing fiat, since to do so I would still have to give one of these services my bank details, which is pretty much as good as giving them my name and address as far as privacy goes. I would be interested in having a non-KYC method of switching from bitcoin to fiat which I can do on-the-fly online, so I could then spend the fiat at places which don't accept bitcoin and which I can't get vouchers for.

I do not know what conversion rate will be, how much they will take the cost for the above conversion? Where I live, fiat doesn't seem to be an advantage, because its value is 7-10% lower than cash. Plus the transaction fees here, I think I will lose about 10% of the value to convert from Bitcoin to cash. I don't know if it is beneficial for you, but it is completely against me. I can even save that 10% cost on P2P transactions.

I'm not sure. I went on to Bitrefill to check, but all four methods mentioned in the OP have disappeared. I guess they have removed them while they work to set them up properly. Having said that, Bitrefill's exchange rate for giftcards has always been pretty reasonable, in the region of a 1-1.5% fee, and with the 2% discount they offer for using Lightning, sometimes I can even buy giftcards for better than market price. I would be surprised if their exchanges rates for these new payments methods were vastly different.

At the moment, I always trade peer-to-peer if I need to change bitcoin in to fiat to spend somewhere, which usually works out very close to feeless. However, it can be difficult to organize a trade quickly if I am in a hurry for any reason, or if I am not at home and see something I want to use some bitcoin to buy but have to pay in fiat. With that in mind, I would be great to have a simple, non-KYC method such as this to quickly turn BTC in to fiat that I can then send to another party. I suspect the biggest flaw here is whether or not the other party will accept any of these payment methods.

If they can provide this service at a low cost, it would be a great service for all of us to have high order quick transactions whenever we need it  What is the meaning of the other party you want to talk about here? If that's the person you need fiat to trade with, and if he doesn't accept those fiat types, you have no reason to do this with Bitrefill. I believe that there is not any inconvenience from this service, except the exchange rate

Everything is back to work now except for PerfectMoney, I can't manage to make any orders above 80 EUR even though it says that the maximum amount to order is 172 EUR.

Same scenario on my end as well.

This is what I'm getting for when I try to topped up 80 EUR above:

Error getting status
Package 80 is not available for operator Perfect Money International

Bitrefill have definitely stepped up their game lately.

They also sell USD cards so people can exit volatility and purchase their gift cards whenever they want, rather than risking their BTC crashing while its in their bitrefill account.

Not sure what the purpose of selling digital fiat alternatives though, can't find anything on their site about it either.
