aikapool showing miner as not active

So I’m new to mining and I have an l3++ I’m mining mooncoin on aikapool every thing is setup up properly and the ant miner is saying it’s working but aikapool is saying that it’s not active can anyone help me

moon coin is an alt coin it belongs in alt coin section.

I asked the mods to move this.

I am not familiar with mooncoin or aikapool but I will look at them and post back for you.

Working doesn't necessarilly mean submitting shares. You need to submit shares to the pool
before it will register a hash rate. Some pools won't even list the worker until a share is submitted.

I'm not familiar with the L3 UI but all miners clearly report when a share is submitted.

If your not submitting shares regularly (at least 1 / minute) try reducing the difficulty (see pool instructions).

If you never submit any shares there is a problem, make sure all the parameters are correct.
Post more info including parameters and log output if you're still stuck.

Edit: there might be a problem with the pool, it shows zero hash rate and no blocks found since March 19.
Try another pool.
