Having a beautiful website and nice infographics just mean they are taking their project seriously which obviously is not the case with yours.
No proper website, no visible team, not even a document that could explain what on earth this token's use cases maybe and how will the collected funds will be allocated and used.
I mean, 40% for the project funds is a big percentage, especially when there's another 10% for "private" funding?
Besides, you can't really compare your project with the others out there since there are many factors that differentiate their project from yours.
Instead of comparing this to other projects, you should just focus on building those things we mentioned that are lacking in your project.
