I haven't seen any site using such type of rounding system. It was just recently introduced. What bugs me is that they mentioned in the post that "For fraud prevention purposes we made little correction in the gaming process" - I wonder what they mean by that. I don't see any kind of fraud going on. Is someone placing large amount of small bets? Then just add some delays to the bet processing according to the bet amount placed. Taking satoshis of each bet is kinda scamming whichever way you see it.
