BTC still not sent after 15 confirmations

The title says it all. I sent BTC from electrum-1.9.6 to a exchange, I can see it in the blockchain here https://blockchain.info/tx/97e2c9b33225392517153b157bb94b433fae83dad8c52cd619afe03e187fd93c
but it won't go through. I paid a 0.0002 transaction fee.

Has anyone else had this happen? Is there anything I can do?

Your btc was sent. ok. Some exchangers take some time b4 crediting deposits. Which xchanger is it?

Thanks for the response, it just turned up on CoinPeat but I found https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=520890.80 so I'm just hoping I can get it out again.
