Seems they are alt account or trading merit. Does that's post really deserve merit? only write emoticon, spamming and low quality post.

Really no one reply for 1 days 130 views?

I should know if this post is really deserve or not and abusing merit or not.

If yes why don't tag these account and if not why don't explain more about my report or what's really the abusing merit in this forum?

I hope somebody review this

It looks like DT members might have loosen their belts when it comes to these kinds of situation. Where in the members you have posted they only have interacted with them at least once or twice which doesn't  really make them guilty of anything even if these newbie members only have received merits from one source it still doesn't make any it prove that they are abusing the merit system. DT members might have a different view with these regarding what kind of posts these members have been merited too but the sample size might still be to small for them to hand them down some negative feedback.

-snip-

In my opinion it's doesn't matter how many merit he send to other post, even if the post is only deserve get 1 merit but someone send him 10 merit. At least the post is have "value" and not duplicate from other user post. Sometime,  I usually saw someone send merit only appreciate the authors effort and time to write the thread. And also people give merit to meme. I can't blame and I don't complain about this case since merit is subjective, people can send his merit whatever he want (but must follow the rules).

But, how can AA and  Shocked Grin deserve merit? No joke, not fun, and only spam

I hope you agree what I mean

I do agree with you that those posts doesn't deserve any merit at all but like I said them getting a negative feedback will depend if the DT members wil be agreeing on your side. But in my point of view the evidence is simply lacking that only one or two time he have merited the user cannot simply convince or deemed substantial for any DT member here. If they sent several merit transactions to the same user and have sent some back to them then this might be a more convincing situation. I know that you want them all to be tagged but my advise is wait for them to slip a little bit more and gather more evidence against them to make your case more convincing to DT members.
