Gyft is the best one I've used so far, they've got quite a good number of merchants and the 3 % back is pretty nice. Its pretty good but obviously a couple steps below the end goal of seamless merchant integration.

The other day I used gyft to convert some BTC to a $250 Amazon Card. I then proceeded to buy some kick ass Digital HO scale train engines and some digital slot cars  Grin
