It would be the worst case for a casino, if it were a mistake on their part, it was easy to fix. But if it's hacked, meaning their casino is no longer secure, many people will leave it. And we should leave it if it is really hacked. But I don't think someone just hacks his money, it's a different matter.

Not many from crypto space was not hacked even once. Even binance was and lost 7000 BTC - https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2019-05-08/crypto-exchange-giant-binance-reports-a-hack-of-7-000-bitcoin and according to CZ, based on his knowledge many tier1 exchange was hacked and hides it from custommers by implementing fractional reserve system and still working.
Hack does not mean that all funds was stolen.
But yea... agree.. better easy to fix bug than hack.

Yes, I received an answer from Yolo dice. I must say they were very kind but they didn't help me. His point is that is my fault. of course, it is insane to expect an explanation of where their guilt might be. It is bad for business and his reputation.
I didn’t answer earlier because I did a scan my computer, searching for anything suspicious (I did not found anything unusual). All my other accounts, on exchanges, on this forum, on social media accounts, some of my hosting and other servers, few altcoin wallets... they are still unchanged without any suspicious activities.

Maybe you used Yolodice login and password on other service like exchange. I have a strategy in which i use same login and passowrd for shitty sites where i don't risk anything if it's compromised and super strong, always different password for services where i hold or will ever hold >5$. Once after registering on new exchange just to cash out 1 shitcoin airdrop i started to receive emails from almost every service where I used the same easy password. Looks like this exchange was recording users data and using it on other services to break in. Maybe that was your case? Did Yolodice said anything about no confirmation email, no logs?

I do not understand why they refuse to help you  But to be honest, we can't claim that anyone was wrong here. Have you set up all forms of security? Or does someone have access to your computer for a certain period of time? With what you have stated in their topic, it looks more like someone used your computer to withdraw money, no any other presence. You cannot blame them  Because if their platform gets hacked, you're not the only one who lost money

LoL  It's not $ 20. It is a much bigger amount  62500 DogeCoin ~ more than 150 dollars  although not sure if he did not install security measures, 2FA, but it could be a subjectivity. Myself do not regularly install security for some accounts that contain small money. Condolences to examplens, hope you are luckier in the future. No way for you to get that money back

Hi, Ethan here from YOLOdice. I find these accusations strange, especially given the fact we exchanged emails and after receiving my analysis you never replied. But since you brought the discussion here, I have to answer publicly.

If this was a hack, then all my logs indicate that the source is the victim's PC. My server logs show clearly that the request to close the investment comes from user's PC. Before that, the connection was hanging idle for several hours, doing regular browser<->server request. It looks like normal traffic from the browser and most likely was. So after a few hours of idling there comes a request to close an investment, exchange DOGE to BTC and withdraw, and connection closes.

There were no unauthorized logins to the server, just regular traffic, all from the same IP and the same browser.

It's not possible that this amount of logs was created by hacking into YD servers. Logs are distributed to a few machines, and they are different kind of logs - authorization logs and system logs, access logs and event logs. We  use centralized ELK server for logs to make log analysis much easier (and possible) and be able to correlate logs related to a single event. Believe me, I know what I am doing here.

I can say with 100% certainty the source of the "hack" is external. I don't want to contradict anyone's story without having the knowledge of what happened, but analyzing the situation on my end there are 2 possibilities:

1. The user leaves the PC on, logged into YD, for a few hours, unprotected. Someone else comes by, uses physical access to the PC and uses the opportunity to quickly wipe the account clean.
2. The PC is infected with malware and remote hacker can take control over PC, manipulate the open browser and act on user's behalf.

I cannot see how we could take responsibility in any of these cases. There is literally nothing that would indicate a different scenario.

Rest assured, YD is secure.

@Yatsan do you get more insight information about those gambling sites that you're investing in after/before you become their investor? Such as marketing plan and their future plan.

And also is there someone here who has good knowledge about the regulation of gambling sites who want to share their knowledge?

I want to know about how to choose a trusted gambling site to invest and how do we know that they will not run with our money. At least we will only lose our money if they're bankrupt.

I'ts in your investment wallet working for you or in regular bustadice wallet? If it is locked in your investment i would add it to base investment and change it from 0.49 to 0.5 because that was in fact your initial investment and this money are working for future profit.

Well, although I do not work to promote Yolodice. But I couldn't help but give compliments to them  It seems that everything inside Yolodice is fine, from profits to costs, rather than Bustadice, Yolodice should be the first choice for investment  Your test to compare them, and it gives too clear results. While Yolodice has brought in more than 0.002 profits, Bustadice has just returned to the starting line  If it were me, I would stop investing in Bustadice and switch to Yolodice right now

I think 3 months is a good time to re-evaluate the investment again, and then decide on which investment OP will transfer to a new gambling site. Putting in one basket is bad although yolodice is more profitable at the moment, so I recommend to still look for another gambling site that accept investment from the public.

But 8 weeks have passed, we have also witnessed a few weeks that Yatsan failed to make a profit. And Yolodice still leads in all aspects. No dilution fee, higher profit. What else is there to hesitate? While Yolodice has made a profit, Bustadice is still at the starting line, even for 3 months or one year, it still cannot surpass Yolodice. That's what I believe

Yes, I get your point here, but regardless of how profitable a casino, it's still right to learn how to diversify your investment, like I said, putting in one basket is not a good idea, I've learn that in the past as I have invested in safedice before, lol.. this site I think is now a shady site.

I stop investing in casino as I wasn't satisfied with the profit, and actually I am also not satisfied with Yatsan's profit, I like bigger so I decided to try to take a more risky activity, investing in crypto or gambling using my skill.

Maybe if I could invest like 5 btc, the percent he earned as of to date will satisfy me, but that's just me.
