Issue is when to buy these alts. Basically many like XRP are hitting new lows against the BTC and people are losing their BTC which is actually rising in value. Hence as always its a calculated risk for many.

In OP's progress, he is profitable investing in BTC with a rate of 5.69% so far, that's from week 1 to to week 10 which is the latest, but his investment was more profitable because he started when bitcoin was at over $6k only, and currently it's price at over $9k, so there is a huge increase if you based on that bitcoin value.

For altcoins, they are not stable unlike bitcoin, so it's possible that OP would still earn that 5.69% but the value in usd or fiat would drop if that altcoins will drop its value compared to its value when you start your investment journey.

That's the "when is the alt season" and disadvantage of investing in altcoin if gambling casino only support limited altcoins.

Yes, using OP's model, it varies on both, the profit made from coin invested depending on the casinos's performance, and profit on fiat value depending on the crypto market performance. In OP's case, both market and casino are profitable thus far so it resulted to a bigger profit.

Sometimes, the lower the value of that altcoin is not available on the casino. But I do not try to invest altcoin in the gambling site because I see that still better to invest in bitcoin

Maybe I will try to take a look at the altcoin side of the market, and I think the choice will be ethereum, litecoin, dogecoin, dash, or another altcoin, which is available on the casino. I admitted that finding the altcoin which can be used as the investment in the gambling site is not easy because not all gambling sites that have the investment will provide the investment for that altcoin.

I believe the value is not the basis, it's more on the liquidity of  a certain altcoin so gamblers can easily trade their altcoins.
When we are in a gambling site, we are treating the coins we are using as a gambling money, not an investment money, so factors like liquidity, transaction processing time, and transaction fees is what matters more.

Look at DOGE, it's value is very low but it has good volume so it's good for online gambling.

After two months of investment, the amount that you have earned in Bitcoin is still good compared to earning nothing when kept in a wallet. I think if you keep it there for a year the BTC profit should look good.

Investing in bitcoin is always good as the price rise up many times. This thread is what I have followed before and I appreciate what OP did for the community as he really made a 1 year experiment on his investment.
This also give us a lesson that we should not put all our investment in just one gambling site only.

The list of gambling sites that OP was included in his experiment are.

BetKing - red tagged
MoneyPots (close down already, not sure if the scam accusation against them are true).
Bitvest - active
SafeDice - red tagged
Crypto-Games -active
Satoshi Dice
KingDice
YOLOdice -active.

So based on the list above, some gambling sites went scam, therefore it's necessary to continuously monitor your investment.
It's also possible that we lose investing on sites that would just abruptly gone dark, so at least we won't lose everything as we have diversified our investment.

Bustadice is a bad choice if you are going to invest there, the volume of investor and the bankroll itself is really big so you are just going to get a 0.001 or less fraction of the investment itself there. I Highly suggest that go to Yolodice since it's establish gambling platform and their bankroll investing is just newly open, so you are really gonna get a good deal there

Was also confuse with this since Bustadice is popular in the forum due to their signature campaign.
I check their website now and they have 1% house edge as stated, personally I haven't played in this site though I have played crash game before.

Totally agree. I've tried 3 sites, yolodice, bustadice and bitvest

If you don't count dilution fee (50k sat on bustadice) i'm currently at:

Yolodice:
-> 0.00018473  BTC profit
-> 0.05790129  LTC profit
-> −647.99247123  DOGE loss

Bustadice:
-> 0.00030056  BTC profit

Bitvest:
->  -0.00027374  BTC loss

Mind you, i've invested $250 in each in BTC, 2 LTC on Yolodice, and 10k DOGE on Yolodice
