I believe that there will be more than 10 coins to watch out this year as we will going to see the bull run will come too. We need to be selective to choose the altcoin because we need to limit our money too. Don't use all of the money at once. We need to prepare for any situations that can happen, and if we still have money, we can buy more for the coins that we have so we can have more amount in our wallet. Ethereum, litecoin, dash, ripple, xem, str, grin, and others will need to analyze if we want to find the potential coins at the market.

Most of the coins you list rely heavily on Bitcoin price appreciation and certainly cannot rise. I think these are old and best options so spend some time researching new coins because those are definitely investments that can make you richer in this market.

Of course, it is necessary to have knowledge and always consider carefully before deciding to buy because the crypto market is very volatile.

Which is why you need to look at coins that are not relying on the bitcoin pirce.

For example one coin would be Creditcoin regardless of the bull/bear market it has been doing its own thing increaseing almost 6000% this year. Team is continuiously working on the project and adding new exchange listings.

The tron price movement will be depend on the creator's activity. You can see a few months ago when Justin Sun invited Warren Buffet to dinner with him and the price of tron increased a lot but after that event the price just went down again. But it is just my opinion you are free to believe to your opinion. I myself choose XRP and ETH for the best way to invest on this year, especially for ETH. When 2020 came the ETH price always try to increase even if we compare with in the past price ETH has a strong buy, meaning there is many people who trust that ETH is worth to reach its all time high again.

Tron and Cardano are indeed in the top 100, I think it is also feasible to invest there, because this projects are big projects,

In top 100 of where? In coinmarketcap? Please do not get mislead by coinmarketcap kind of listing/ranking services because they are all known for manipulating their listing services as per recent research by our forum members. All I mean is, please choose your preferred coins just by your own selecting criteria and not because of being top 100.

People who are ignoring the importance of finding time to do due diligence before risking their money in any altcoins, might be biting dust very soon. So, it would be much better to value our time for spending time to choose the right coins rather than rushing and losing our hard earned money.

for me it's chainLink and cardano both are good projects with active community. Both of these projects are among the top 20 crypto by marketcap.  cardano staking main-net shelly will be live later this year. So if you are into staking better look into this one.

Of course there will be a lot of coins to be favorite right this year, even I have put it in my portfolio like, ETH, BNB, BSV I don't save altcoin so much, but I will still hold the top coins so that they can be predicted by me in the movement of the graph.

For me, technology is not a prerequisite for me to invest. I invest in the crowd that is seething out there and constantly fomo about their coins. Now is a good time to buy Link, Tezos and BNB. These are the top coins that have a great influence in Europe and the Chinese. When BTC grows, this will be one of the most outstanding coins. Chainlink is currently being famed by many Americans for their technology and is willing to buy at a high price.
For BNB, the owner CZ is showing his power and he will let BNB coin pump to the moon soon.

I heard some bad news about CREDITS coin. A few investors are claiming and they thought CS is scam project. Team's are selling large scale of tokens because suddenly they unlocked several millions of tokens. And banned a lot of telegram members who's asked about suspecious thing. This year? I highly doubt that time frame. I have been watching tron and ada for more than one year and I believe they might enter into bullish market only after bitcoin will be doing so. The upcoming halving of bitcoin must be so crucial for most of the altcoins' future. I am not doubting about the future of tron and ada but we cannot expect them to grow in quick time frame because we need new investors so that continuous growth will be possible.

As a lot of people have mentioned here, ADA is a good long term hold, so is ETH due to their huge network, which expands all the time.

For low cap projects I'm a huge fan of Blocknet, which is a project focusing on Blockchain interoperabiltiy. First project to make a fully decentralized exchange. Works on their own infura solution, and decentralized oracle network, among other promising things. The possibilities for this project is endless, and I believe most people can't even grasp what they're trying to do, since it's pretty damn advanced for most people to comprehend.

why 2021 and why not this year ? people already skip current year when they feel that its going to be bad  but the tides can always change  .

however i still like your taste  . top coins is also my bets all the time but to the question if there are coins to watch out this year , yes there are and there are so many of them  . every single year there are always new releases and those coins can sky rocket imediately but just becareful because they can also dump fast as much as how fast they pumped up
