Well, let them choose what they want we all have different perspective in terms of investment but for me I'll just stick to the top coins which is Bitcoin and Ethereum. I don't know if there is a coins to watch this year since I highly doubt that there is a bullish market before the year ended. What we should expect is the year 2021 because that is most likely we'll gonna see the bull run then altcoins will follow.

why 2021 and why not this year ? people already skip current year when they feel that its going to be bad  but the tides can always change  .

I'm certain that after the Bitcoin halving it may takes some time to develop before we could actually see the bull run. So the year 2021 is the certain year that bull run will most likely to occur. And you know what follows when Bitcoin started to become bullish most top coins will follow too just like what happened to the last Bitcoin halving.

Lots of privacy coins already, Sumo seem to have good price back in the days so it can still succeed. It just need updates and entering into a bigger platforms since its Indodax that has bigger volume. I think people can see that already but shilling the coin every minute in the forum might not help its reputation, instead post an updates of what is going on in the project.

Come on mate, I wrote one post and started one topic to discuss SUMO - i did not do so in many many months. I would not count that as "shilling every minute"  I ususally post the updates on SUMOs ANN, people can check there and on the other social media the project has. I just think that they need a little more work on their marketing department to bring the project to the limelight. Their github commit history is healthy. They should try to get listed on some mid to high tier exchanges.

Thanks for checking and the kind words mate! We try to do our best. Last year was acutally pretty good in terms of exchanges: SUMO got listed on Bilaxy, Citex, CoinEx and QBTC. We try to get on more markets and on bigger mining pools as well, to aim for a good distribution of our hashrate.

Well, to be fair a lot of projects are also hard at work and that does not mean that they will be successful, simply that they are doing something, which for me is the bare minimum of a project do you not think so? It feels funny that many are not even doing the bare minimum yet raising money for fantastic ideas.

An acitive GitHub is not all a project needs. But is the first thing one should check imo. This might be hard for people who are not able to see what the devs acutally do... one can fake activity with ultra small commits of course (this is a thing, you will not find in SUMO's GitHub).

Good research has to include much more of course ... soccial media, community channels, and and and ...

Investing in top coins is the only option for the time being as these are well-liquidity coins and the crypto market will often depend heavily on the price of Bitcoin. Of course, this year due to the influence of covid-19 made the situation worse and hope by 2021 things will soon return to normal. Anyway, there are many other coins for you to choose but you should consider carefully.

if you ask about coins that have good prospects for us to invest in the long run, eth and bitcoin is my choice. but if you want to know the projects that have new programs and projects that are newly listed, I see that ARCC is a project to be reckoned with

I like ETH, Is my favorite altcoin, maybe ETH will never reach the price of over $ 1000 again, but even with this possibility of EHT never reaching the price of over $ 1000 I still continue to trade with ETH and I believe that at least 3X profit I will have with ETH

I am focusing on TRON and cardano as my favorites and I believe these two will come under the limelight's by the end of the year, guys share your opinions I think these two coins are worth for investment..

Credits is one of the good projects in 2018. But after many years of operation, this project did not achieve the expected results. A lot of investors were disappointed to invest in them, to me this is not a good project in 2020.

I agree with you because credit are no longer expected by many investors because until now the project has stopped working and there is not much news that makes investors excited. Of course there are many other projects like Hacken.ai for you to consider investing because this is an IEO project at OceanEx and will definitely increase the price very high when starting official trading. In addition, I also love investing in IPX because this coin is heavily bought by the Korean community.

Until now there is no certainty about the future of this coin so this is not the right time for you to invest. Maybe Ethereum 2.0 can help you a lot in making a profit but this will not happen now and you should wait a bit longer for the market to stabilize. The epidemic situation is probably the reason why investors feel the most worried because without the vaccine, things will get worse.

My market perspective still on the top 10 altcoins, I don't have the guts to dig deeper and look for new coins coz it probably I can't find any.
The market still unpredictable but not surprising anymore if those coins on the top will remain on the top again. They have the name already and investors will certainly look into them while ignoring those coins that are at the bottom list. EOS and BNB is a way to go in this year. I'm not confident with ETH by now and out from my bucket list for investment.
