Probably they ask which rate you accept. For example 1:1, $1 PP for $1 in BTC. I guess you will use preev.com for determining prices of Bitcoin.

Simple. Scammers are all over the place, unlike here I am already known to many users,  the same thing goes to others I already know a lot of people here.
I really find it hard to trust anyone especially if its outside this forum.

2. Virwox - seems new to my ears so No.
3. ETORO - Still needs some verifications for an account, and I'm quite sure its the same goes for the others.

From what era you came from? AFAIK, we've been doing this trade for quite a long time. And I think Paypal is fully aware that their platform is being used to trade for Bitcoins, besides some platform like Paxful are using Paypal.
