No staked BTC with that account ... but i don't get it why my old account is locked ? no notice ...

Then you must open a new topic in meta for recovering that old account. Still you must sign a message like @jostorres indicated to prove your ownership. (Bitcointalk accounts are getting locked for when you trying to use password hint question for resetting password as per what I read and remember).

Let me come back to this topic, why you need to ask people for including this account into list of designers by linking with old account. Take time and create a well versed portfolio here which will easily get you listed on list of designers topic more easily.

Trying to recover your account will give you more demand, but your previous work and experiences are important.
Until your account recovery, you can redesign your topic and showing what you can do.
The only problem will be to prove that you can do the job.
As for trust, you should use Bitcoinalk escrow (Trusted members) or any other method.

What I mean is the staked address you posted using your old account on that thread or anywhere on any board of this forum.

Signed a message with that address to prove that its you.

You can create a thread in Meta to claim your old account, usually it will get the attention/response of the admin faster. And some methods (my suggestion) to prove ownership of your old account are:

1. Write the name "smartcontracts100" somewhere (maybe on the profile page) in your old portfolio. This is based on your post history which seems to link the same portfolio address.
2. You have sent BTC based on this post (even if you have problems afterwards). If you can sign a message from the sender's address in this txid, I think that will also help.

Hopefully this method can be considered by the admin to get your old account.

With the new account recoveries format, you wouldn't need to worry much about a staked bitcoin address if you don't have any. One of the most important things is the original email address of the account. Try as much as you can to remember and access it and then send a message to the accounts recovery team through the email address as instructed. Within 7 days you could even recover your old account.
