Why would anyone give you PM / information that they have a lot of bitcoins and what will you do if any bitcoins whales contact you ?
Maybe you will beg them to send you few coins or you will try to scam them by giving them some interesting investing story. I don't see a reason why you need to contact them.

If you are looking for trade with big amount you should use exchange for more security for both traders sides.

You can't buy bitcoin at discount price since its open in the market and they are able to sell it there directly as if there will be a persons who will take the risk to trades to unknown persons .
